OH MY DEAR LORD!

I GOT THE SPAZER!

Damn that was tough! I never knew that if you horizontally dashed into an incline you could break back into a run by holding forward and run. Is that something new to this hack or has that always been in SM?

Anyways, a hint on where that high jump is would be greatly appriciated.

That's new to this hack, but if you recharged your spark to get the spazer you did it the hard way =P

Hey Drew, I've gotten into Maridia and find that when I land in the quicksand I have to reset every time unless there's a slope leading out it. Was that intentional? Is there some technique other than mashing jump as fast as I can that I should know about? It makes a few rooms pretty nasty because of blind jumps.

i think i need a new beam soon.. had take x-ray and high jump and that.. just have charge and ice..

maybe spazer or wave are somethere?

Yes, I saw this - Thats how I knew that it was in Brinstar. I'm fairly sure I've scanned the entire Brinstar area at least once AND have payed special attention to all of the left-most walls. However, except for a few missile packs, I've come up empty handed. I must be missing something, but I don't know if its because I'm reading into the hint wrong or its hidden in some wacky place that I couldn't scan.

BTW, if you don't have to recharge to get the Spazer, what would be the easy way of getting it? It seemed pretty impossible to hold a charge into that room any other way...

Actually, after you got grapple you should have been able to get the wave beam before ever leaving Norfair. I'm in a hurry ATM but I'll turn on the game when I get home and try to remember exactly where it was for you.

Ok ok. I'll give a few more details.

In the big room with the Side-Hopper spawners. Just a few blocks under the elevator to Crateria. On the left side of the room theres a door to a Missile Expantion. Scan that room.

PS --- Who said the entrance was on the left side of the room we just said it was in West Brinstar.

i have go all around every where that make me have around 100 missile 8 super missile and 8 power bomb.. but no beam anywhere

To get either the wave or spazer beam, you must have the speed booster. Spazer is in crateria, not that far away from the morph ball. Wave is in Norfair, left of the first elevator you use to enter Norfair.

Oh wow, I feel dumb

I had explored that entire path underneith the Missile expo Chozo a long, long time ago (before Grapple Beam) and somehow never went back there. I was looking for an undiscovered secret path

Q: can i have al 4 beam equipped when i have spazer too?

Edit: Q: the spazer is near morth ball.. is it in same room or a hidden room in morph ball room or is spazer more near the first missile expansion?

I'm so hungry, I could go for a T-bone steak right around now. But there's so many bugs that I don't want to fire up the grill. Once I figure out something, I should figure out what to do with these missiles... Hey, what's that over there?

i know where is a power bomb behind the fisrt missile it or some item..

and i have looking and scan over all near morphing ball and found some more powerbomb.. but no spazer
