There's really only one place you can go, this hack is very good at making you feel lost when you're in the right place, trust me


The red/pink doors need either 5 missiles to open, or one super missile.


Pink doors in the original and red doors in this hack, yes, but I'm talking about a pink door in this hack. Seemed like I was shooting it forever, I was about to stop when it opened.

Well, I'm stuck at this place in Crateria, where I can't head back to my ship, and at the furthest point in the only direction I can go, there's a room with acid everywhere. I have one energy tank, and that's it! I have the wall jump boots, but I'm still stuck here.

I'm stuck!!!

Please please PLEASE!!!

Please tell me the exact location of the bomb!

Cecil, you're supposed to go further to the east side of the section.
See that clear pathway all the way to the right? You can get past that.

...I'm still buggered with this bomb though.

I've tried everything in that "acid room", but there's nothing there!
I know you can turn into your morph ball form and head to the left whilst in the acid, but I never have enough health to get far enough.

I have 1 health tank BTW.

Still stuck at the part on the map where I can't go any further than that. There is a part where you run and jump, but you almost make it on the ledge, but can't jump higher than the ledge. I don't see how anybody made it through that point.

In the acid room you need to do some reflection if you want to get past the acid. For the other ledge, if you can wall jump off it it might help.

Okay then. What is unheadered and headered then? I read the read me and ips patched it and ran it with ZSNES1.36 and the rom freezes during the into while Samus is fighting Mother Brain. Should I have used unheadered instead? Sorry for all the questions, but I REALLY want to play this game.

If the hack is starting chances are you used the right patch, you might have a bad dump of the ROM though.

Yeash this is rediculous.

I decided to look through the thread to see if there's any bugs or something that Drewseph missed but all I'm seeing is people complaining about how they can't find the morph-ball and the wall jumping sucks.

So is Drewseph gonna fix these problems or not cause i'd like to know before I download it.

Hey, I've downloaded like 5 different versions of the ROM. All invalid IPS or whatnot. I really want to play this damn game, but I'm only getting frusterated with not being able to get it to work. I know no such skill.

So, I'm in the right room, but I don't know how to get past the acid...

I think he told you enough. Just play around. Shoot some stuff. Let your mind work and observe anything odd.

I just have to say, that was REALLY clever... But that's partially because I didn't expect it, since it wasn't in the original game. Still... Nice.

Of course, the Torizo wasn't all that difficult... the Sidehoppers in Brinstar actually seemed harder. But that may be just me.

EDIT: Umm... "Making you hit the acid"? I'm not so sure if you did it quite the right way.

It indeed was a nice idea for the fake wall in order to get the Wall-Jump Boots
And I don't have any trouble with wall-jumping, as it might be the joypad; it is a new Logitech USB Precision pad, though it is one of the cheaper models. The new behaviour of this jump is interesting indeed.
