Zekt was ten feet in front of him, apparently annoyed. "Mind explaining to me why do you keep calling me Maverick? Even though I already told you I'm not?" he asked, one hand on a part of his chest armor, wincing. |

| Forte spun around when he ws grabbed, and damaged by the scythes, trying to shake M. Zekt off him. "It's a habit. Blades of Bugs!" He slashed as he spoun rapidign in the air to shake the fake off him, sending spinning black Sonic Booms traveling towards the real Zekt.
This time, there's a possible threat of a Virus Ailment being dealt to Zekt if he's hit by even one of those black yellow speckled energy waves. If he was successful of getting teh clone off him, he kicked the air around him, stirring up a strong gust of wind that blows sand into the air, as sort of a smoke screen. |

| Unfortunately for him, HE was sent spinning through the air, after that Zekt spun a few times and sent him flying away...
...into Zekt, who, after avoiding those Sonic Booms, had backdashed a bit, before dashing ahead, attempting to grab Forte himself. |

| "Not a chance! Breath of Gospel!" Forte held out both arms at him, as two Gospel heads formed over them, and expelled a blast of bluish and greenish flames (Aqua element flames and Wood element flames -- Aqua Gospel and Wood Gospel) when he got close.
"Not even with your speed can you avoid this at such a close range!" Forte shouted. "That's a good stragety. Never knew Forte could be so... interesting in his fluent like attacks." Marino nodded. "Yeah... but when will I be able to kick his ass?" The boys sweatdropped. |

| Zekt nearly screamed, as the two blasts struck him... but he knew what to do. The second Zekt had cut the distance between them by now, and attacked Forte's arms, which would likely force him to stop attacking, a second before fizzling out.
Zekt managed to strike at him, too... and then, he forced Forte upwards, over him, before he began to slash at him repeteadly, just like with Zero. To make things worse, however, he concentrated the strikes on his arms near the end, before forcing him to the ground. Panting, he turned towards Marino. "Four down... one left. If any of you want me to not activate a bomb that will effectively destroy everything in a mile, you'll let her fight me, and not interfere. You won't come in to help her or anything. Do you understand?" he asked, wincing at his own panting. (OoC: He's not in critical condition... but let's just say that he isn't looking nice. Same effects from the Zero fight are in.) |

| "DAMN!" Forte cursed before the mass attacks struck him full force, effectively ending the Gospel attacks.
Emergancy Tag Assist Forte warped next to the others, and the female black and white ninja took the battlefield, ripping out her Beam Knives, and twirling them in her hands. "C'mon big boy. Let's see what you can dish out," she told him, a devilish smirk on her lips. "Everyone, I'm bringing you all back!" Alia announced before whisps of light engulfed the boys, and they all warped away, back to Maverick Hunter HQ. Only Marino is left behind to face off Zekt. |

| Zekt smirked, before turning on all eight blades. "Heh... so, I'm curious. Battle to the death, until either one of us becomes critical, or just until I'm tired of you and leave?" he teased, before continuing. "Although the odds of that would be pretty low... you're not someone I'm willing to leave as is." Internally, he was sure he wouldn't last more than half an hour in this armor, but to do that... it would be either too easy, or too risky.
He'd have to choose quick. |

| "How about the choice of where the female kicks your ass and I win some Special Weapon data for David and ForteZero." She stood there, keeping an eye on the eight scythe blades.
She's been hanging out back to get a good enough read-out on his pattern, but she is still cautious. No telling what Zekt could be planning up his armored sleeve. She then... flashed him a smile, glowing a bit before it fades away. Suddenly a storm of large sized shurikens rain down from over head, all homing in on Zekt. Even if he looked, he could not tell where the hell those things come from... no one knows where those large shurikens come from when the Bodyguard Program Advance is activated. Sixteen separate hits are a possibility of medium damage each. |

| The shurikens went all through an image, with Zekt appearing several feet away... which seemingly was the distance he could dash.
The curious thing was... how did he get there, she might wonder? It had been too short for a normal dash. And he hadn't entered dashing position, when she had seen him last. Grumbling, he threw one of the scythes at her, knowing she would likely avoid it... but she would be unable to guess his next trick. "Oh, and your friends didn't answer me... why did you keep calling me a Maverick?" |

| "Because of your fightning skills. They have maverick-type elements to them." He was right as she dodged and avoided the attack, and incase it was a boomerang movement she quickly dashed towards Zekt, weapons ready and tightly gripped.

| "Elements? What sort of elements?" he asked, before disappearing from sight. If she tried to detect him, she wouldn't find him... at least, not before she would feel her feet being attacked by his other scythe, just as he took the other scythe again.
'Great... I'm burning too much energy... if this keeps up, I won't be able to finish this fight safely... but I can't just switch into the last mode...' |

| Sneaky kid, but nto good enough. She backflipped high into the air, just as she split into three separate copies. Even if Zekt is a reploid, it'll be hard to tell which one is the real Marino.
"Triple-Elemental Comet Force!" They spun around on their one feet, and as they spun around, the fired a mass barrage of small ninja stars, several coated with a red aura (Fire element), several coated in blue (Ice/Aqua element), and several coated in yellow (Thunder element). |

| Zekt nearly cursed out loud, but instead, he threw his scythes at the two outer Marino's, before dashing to the side and disappearing. "Can you guys stop not answering my questions, please? It's annoying to know that the people who you're about to beat up are jerks!" he asked, just as he reappeared, a few meters to their left. | |||

| Two of the clones were damaged, but the real Marino managed to escape unharmed (she was the middle). The clones simply vanished.
"Like I said, the attack patterns you add into your fightning skills have maverick-type elements. Most mavericks we face are those who boast about being great when an ass kicking is all they need to be told to shut up. The way you impliment your fightning style seems maverick, but as you said, your not maverick. It's just teh way we view them that may be different for you." She backflipped away, then performed a backward somersault before landing gracefully on her feet. But a split-second before landing, she fired out a wave of pink flames, an attack called Fire Force. |

| Zekt merely snorted, before dashing towards her. It would have seemed like he was actually conning her into attacking him, although it might have been something different.
Of course, the fact that the scythes began flying in her direction now might have been distractive, especially after he disappeared once she began attacking him again. If she managed to avoid the scythes, however, he would come up from behind her and deliver a kick to her back. |

| "Kagebunshin!" As soon as the scythes struck her, she vanished in a puff of smoke, and reappeared behind Zekt.
"Think fast hansome," she said before she attempted to stab him with her Beam Knives. |

| Or so he thought. She somehow (and possibly surprising Zekt) by catching the blades he lashed out at her, and pushed him away before slashing the air in front of her thrice, each slash an energy wave (Sonic Boom) launched forward.
What she did earlier was an ability called Shirahadori. Since Marino was attacked by her opponent usign a sword type weapon (scythes are a Sword element), she can block the attack and retaliate with three fast Sonic Booms (each hit will deal in 100 HP-set damage). |

Zekt was hit full-on by one of the Sonic Booms, managing to avoid the others by forcing his body back to the ground... although this resulted into more pain. He seemed to be barely able to move, and he struggled to get up. "Gwah... dangit... losing to someone dressed like that, even... why don't you come and put me out of my misery?" he asked, sounding extremely pained. |

| Cool Down
Marino floated down to the ground, bathed in a bright light. Once she landed a short distance from Zekt, she had returned to her normal pink colors, and once again regaining the bodysuit covering her legs. She only clasped her hands together as she split into three once more, and both crouched down before leaping high into the air, then doing some sort of jump-kick like manuver, energy spiraling around the three. "Mirage Dive!" -- Deals in heavy damage. Seeing her opponent like this, it could end the battle...? |
