You know, I just thought of something. What if Xkeeper put in "loopback" code that would cause any administrative action such as name changing or banning to be "bounced back" to the original source? Not only would it be a sneaky way of preventing hackings if they ever do happen (although the odds are slim and none, it'd be damn worth it to see their reaction), but it would also stop any other admin from playing cruel jokes on X. Then again, he'd probably be too lazy to code it.

At one point, tere was some code to auto-filter name changes to me but either I removed it or I forgot exactly what triggered it...

Huh, I have no idea what you guys are talking about.

Anybody remember Lyle in Cube Sector? Somebody just made a wikipedia article about it. Like, only about an hour ago. Go look.

I'm pretty sure it'll get deleted soon; people tend to dislike articles about rather obscure games, although Cave Story has lasted 14 months.

It might, it might not. It's strange... for example, you can pretty much write an article on any console game in existence because logic dictates that you'd want a complete database at some point.

With the obscure stuff, I think that the longer/more in-depth it is, the greater chance it has to survive.

Well, it really depends on how well written it is, how good the game is, and how well known it is. Something only popular with one message board might not be allowed, while something that causes a netwide revolution such as Jumper would definitely be allowed to have a full article for it.

I did something to my back today. I'm sitting there on an inflatable mattress playing Mario Party 5 when suddenly I realise it hurts to move. I had to lay still for hours. Not fun. It's getting better now.

Family is in from Ontario. My oldest cousin's son has a DS Lite.
