You know, for as long as I've been around, I've never figured out what this thead was supposed to be about. Those times still exist.

So it's basically an off-topic thread where nothing at all useful happens? =D. Sounds like I didn't miss much.

I know I am late for that one topic about Mario related products. I just wanted to say that I have seen chocolate eggs, like the Kinder Eggs with Mario figures on, and Mario related toys on the inside. A gas station in a neighbouring town around here had them. Never saw them anywhere else.

NSNick: oh, well in that case, should I make this into a game;

. I hate making new threads for things, mostly because I feel there are things that don't merit a thread all to themselves.

I remember I used to have this Super Mario Bros. 3 toy... it was Raccoon Mario sitting down with this plunger like thing on the bottom. You pushed him down and a second later he popped up. I wonder where it went...

My grandmother used to have one of those...don't know what happened to it though. I had a Green Paratroopa with moving legs as well as the spring Raccoon Mario, but both have been lost in the threads of cardboard.

My little brother has a remote-controlled kart with Yoshi as the driver.

It's not that old, since those were released in '04.

I still have those McDonald's SMB3 toys somewhere... they were actually really neat collectables for the time.

*looks at big pin board on wall* I have a lot of pins. I see... Mario, Hammer Brother and Piranha Plant.

The Bob-Omb might have been one of the few things the movie got right, or at the very least came close.

I did not like the Goombas. Between this and their treatment in SMW (why can't you kill them by stomping on them normally*?), they got owned horribly during that time period.

* - Yes, I know a spin jump does the trick. A normal jump doesn't and it's just ugh.
