Hm, I didn't really do much investigating but it looked like he was just banning whoever was online (plus of course Xk).

I actually found the whole thing quite amusing. Hell, I thought it was just Xk acting funny until I looked in the memberlist. Just kinda sitting there, laughing at his stupidity, continuing to browse as if nothing ever happened.

But he truncated my Location field.
Tip for the slow: The above angry faces were a joke.

He banned all local mods, at least. Probably the rest of the staff as well, but he nuked the entire board before I could check.

no, he didn't banned blackhole89, Smallhacker Juggling Joker and Beneficii, wich lead me to the conclusion that he didn't banned them because they were ROM hacking-related staff
