Lemurian: Accepted.

(Only Lemurian's reply is needed and I shall make the individual introductions for each players actually begin)

---

Neo Arcadia... the peaceful Maverick-free utopia... but unfortunately, a place where tyrants ruled supreme.

Although Copy X had been cast down by Zero, his second-in-command, Harpuia, quickly rose to take over his throne.

Although more gentle than his former master, the X Guardian still stood as a cruel leader who ruled with an iron fist, crushing all Reploids suspected of beings Mavericks and executing all humans cooperating with them... and that despite the fact that the Nightmare Virus was pretty much just a part of the history records of the local data centers.

Still, an event came to shock Neo Arcadia, just like the Rebels were shocked...

It had all begun with a patrol of lower X Droids malfunctionning and going beserk on a recon mission in an unknown desert... but when large, sentient Reploids like Golems and Generals begun to malfunction as well, it was suspected by many that the Rebels had maybe somehow found the way to revive the Nightmare Virus...

... and if such was the case, Neo Arcadia had to act quickly and crush the threat before it could bring back the horrors of the past!

"Master Harpuia..." a random Reploid came into the throne room that once belonged to Copy X... "We have located the source of the Nightmare Virus... It is in the desert, there..."

The Reploid shown the X Guardian the plans and then walked away quickly.

... unknown to Harpuia, this desert was the very same desert Zero had been sent to investigate...

Harpuia walked through the main hangar, being greeted by bows and salutes as he walked past. Airships, vehicles of different sizes and special military machines were lined up in a long line. Harpuia could of course teleport directly to the area, but that seemed rather boring this time. A sly grin played over his face a minute as he looked in the distance.

In the open space between two rows of airships stood a grey and green custom vehicle was placed. It seemed like a four-legged bird, completely ignoring all natural laws. Two plasmawing-holders were placed on each side, making it able to glide through the air. Harpuia smiled. The Aztec Falcon, Harpuia's favourite mean of transport.

"Aztec, get ready." the Guardian commanded. The Reploid-bird responded with a nod and shot out the plasmawings, light blue in colour. "Where to, Guardian?" the Reploid replied. A grin shot over Harpuia's face. "The great desert. You know the coordinates yourself." With that, he climbed on its back, special magnets making sure he was stuck good enough. Then, the Aztec Falcon flew away, out the open door, heading for the Desert.

The SA-62T arrived at Quadrant XK-105, finally...

In front of them lies the experimental ship...

"Strange... no life signals detected... and yet, primary analysis suggest that many powerful sources of energy are moving within that ship. Radar also says that there are many ships stationned all around the ship... but the ships seems to be fading in and out of existence constantly... and by that, I mean it: fading in and out of existence, not of a cloaking field. This... is intriguing to say the least." said Adam.

Then, as the ship got closer... the experimental ship seemed to be come more and more weird. It was as if large parts of it were changing from intact to damaged constantly and a constant stream of oxygen, bodies, and supplies constantly, endlessly flowed out.

"Obviously, this ship is stuck in a serious dimensional and temporal anomaly. I wonder what caused it... probably the strange ships that I detect and that, yet, don't seem to appear to the ship's cameras. Maybe it's a trick to fool computer systems... Can you see the ships, my lady?" asked the computer, not sure if it was because he was a computer or because those things were really invisible for some reason...

---

As Troy arrived, Kamek was waiting.

He was not really the tallest koopa around... but it was pretty hard not to notice him. He always weared a long blue robe that covered all of his body except for his face, where a pair of large, round, and clean glasses were seen... glasses that were so clean you could think for a moment they were mirrors. Then, there was his evil, arrogant grin...

There was always this strange aura around Kamek... an aura of tension, of danger... one could never feel safe near him for some reason...

Kamek stood close to the entrance of the command center, patiently waiting for Troy to arrive and get out of his vehicle...

Next to him, a creature completely hidden under a black cloak... a creature twice the size of Kamek with its face hidden under the cloak, only a pair of red, glowing eyes visible...

(OFF: Sorry but no event is happening ; no way I can find to interact with your characters right now. continue on.)

---

As Zero appeared in the middle of the desert, the transmission was established...

"Zero... do you see anything" asked Ciel, a bit worried that Zero might teleported in the middle of a trap.

Surrounding Zero, the largest horde of X Droids he had probably ever seen. Thousands and thousands of X Droids all surrounding him... but there was something wrong.

Their eye was deactivated, broken and in pieces on most even. Most if not all had many critical body parts missing and holes and cuts were visible all over their armors... for those who still had armor left. Yet, despite the fact that none of them should be working, all of them were somehow staring at Zero, preparing their weapons...

"Be careful Zero. We detect no energy signatures around you but there could be enemies somewhere nearby..." said Ciel, not knowing that those same enemies were already there, just in front of Zero.

---

As Sanigen ran, there were loud sounds, like explosions...

... and then, it became obvious that those were explosions.

The sky was entirely covered with strange shadows. Beams of light were raining down from the skies, striking the towns, forests, mountains, every single location and caused strange, mushroom-shaped explosions wherever they hit.

Massive winds had begun to stir up, brung forth by the explosions, and were adding to the chaos.

Never so much destruction had befallen this world... and so quickly... it seemed as if the attack had just begun and yet, already a wind of emptiness was blowing...

... and the beams of light and the destruction was getting closer...

---

As the desert came into view of the Aztec Falcon, an absolutely unbelieavable sight came into view!

In the desert, all of the missing X Droids and other robots had gathered into a massive army, surrounding a single, red Reploid...

But although the sheer number of the robots was shocking enough... what was even more was there was strictly no energy reading from any of them. It was as if none of them were actually functionning... and yet, they moved.

... and even more incredible was that everywhere in the desert, destroyed robots were getting out from under the sand, none of them being active and yet, all of them moving...

... what's going on here?!?

"Ciel... we have a problem," Zero stated, as he activated the Shield Boomerang... Facing so many Pantheons was not new to him... but he disliked doing so, since the situation wasn't even to his advantage.

At least those weren't fully armored... that would have been a problem.

"There are thousands of Pantheons here... all of them destroyed, and none active, but..." he initiated, waiting for his opponents to move.

Harpuia's shock-state washed away and was replaced by a feeling of victory when he saw Zero in the middle of the Droids. "Aztec, land here." he commanded the Reploid. "I want to see this close up." The Aztec Falcon landed, and Harpuia jumped off. Once they were done with Zero, he would have to find out why they were still moving as they were definetly too smashed to actually move.

Sanigen glances left and right while still running, muttering. "They look like atomic explosions! Jees... What'd I do to deserve this...?" His running gets slower as he begins to have to fight the wind, almost blowing him off his feet. In the end Sanigen had to enter a prone position, crawling across the ground to stop himself getting blown away. An almost transparent white haze emitted from his hands, which slowly surrounded him. It was only a weak shield to try and protect him from the environment since Sanigen could not move at all against the wind, but he didn't expect it to help much.

Troy tipped his fingers off his forehead as he started to climb the stairs, catching sight of Kamek. As he approached, all the Troopas around him darted away in an almost panicked state.

Archwizard Kamek, well, geez, he could have just said he was taking the reins... still... It's kind of odd to see him in broad daylight...

"I don't think I've had the honor to meet you..." Troy paused for a second, trying to come up with a suitable honorific. "...er... kingliness... now, about this whole meeting... if there's something you'd like to ask of me or otherwise tell me, we could just dip inside for a minute to talk..."

His eyes drifted to the shrouded behemoth directly adjacent to Kamek. Gritting his teeth he rubbed his forehead, dulling the grinding pain starting to swell up. I haven't felt this since... "Or we could just chat out here... whatever's... fine with y-you."

Samus' eyes widened at the sight of this odd happenstance. Indeed, her eyes did not decieve her, as the thermal readers and sonar graph charts were also giving corresponding readings that would coinside with the information she was given about the ship and it's situation. FInally, she spoke.

The desert, where Zero was...

The Pantheons crawled until they formed a tight circle formation around Zero... and then, there was a strange sound, like energy.

"Zero! We detected a massive unknown anomaly! We never seen anything like it before! It's just... we can't explain it." said Ciel. The transmission was bad. Obviously, the anomaly was causing interferences.

A few of the Pantheons had moved closer... and then, a shocking fact was revealed. Where their arm weapons should be located, massive masses of flesh covered with blades now stood... but although those looked like powerful melee weapons enough, it became obvious that those acted as ranged weapons too as energy gathered within them.

What kind of weird weapons were these?!?

---

As Harpuia landed, there was a sudden move... and several thousands of pairs of hands came out of the sands as more Pantheons begun to rise from the dead, no energy signal coming from them. It seemed like Harpuia's appearance had triggered them to rise... and judging as how "friendly" they were to Zero, it was obvious that they wouldn't be any more kind to the X Guardian!

---

The wind kept on getting closer, the lasers growing closer, more and more explosions visible in the distance, becoming larger and larger as they got closer and closer...

Then... the telepathic message...

"You will perish if you stay here... If you cannot run against the wind... then ride the wind..." said the mysterious voice from nowhere.

---

Kamek just grinned. "There is no need for us to go inside... just for you to answer a question."

Kamek turned to the cloaked creature and nodded... then, he turned back to Troy. His smile was confident, subtle, slightly fear-inducing and creepy...

"Troy I believe... I heard of you. Now... did you ever heard of something they call... the mothership, LuciferXIII?" asked the wizard, his stare piercing through the thick glasses and going straigth into Troy's soul.

The cloaked creature seemed to grin despite having no face... and as Troy looked around, it seemed as if one half of the Koopas were nervous while the other half were unnaturally calm... almost as if they were machines.

---

"Understood. I'm bringing the ship closer. I will increase speed to a high level to prevent the anomaly from being exposed to the shielding long enough to pierce it. Hang on!" as the computer finished its sentence, the ship increased its speed.

The ship shook and it seemed as if it had slammed into a wall, struggling against an invisible barrier... and then, there was an explosion and...

FLASH!

"We are through. Shielding have resisted but all sensors are offline for a short while. Could you detail to me what it looks like out there please?" asked the computer.

Outside... it was just... illogical.

Samus's ship and the experimental ship were no longer in deep space... but in the atmosphere of a world unlike anything Samus had ever seen. Above, a endless blood red sky covered with permanent thunderstorms, the thunderbolts being black. Thousands and thousands of stars of all colors were visible as well as, strangely enough, many pulsars, supernovas, and even some black holes... all of them stuck in time.

Below, an endless vortex of burning, unholy energies. It seemed that an endless stream of human faces made of energy, stuck in an expression mimicking a scream, were constantly being drawn to the center of the vortex and broght down into the depths of the bottomless abyss.

The ship was no longer fluctuating. They were now fully in the anomaly... but where did the anomaly sent them?!?

FWOOOSH!!!

A small spaceship, somewhat shaped like a strange black disc, stopped in front of Samus's ship. A red scanning beam came out and covered the ship for a while... and then, the black disc zoomed off just as mysteriously as it had appeared...

... and for some reason, Samus had a baaaad feeling about this...

---

For some strange reason, when Samus's ship got closer to the unidentified ship, it just disappeared. One second it was there... the next, it was not.

How strange...

... but then, Dariuj's ship detected many unidentified signals closing in at high speed from all directions...

---

As Mel and her mother came through the gate, they found themselves in pure emptiness... and then, there was a voice.

"Welcome, SD-091 MK-III. I see you have brought back a child... Interesting. Now, report all uncommon sightings in your Dimension, at once!" the first sentence was soft, almost like that of a father... but the last one was definitely an order... and it was the same that had sent the transmission to Mel's mother.

Troy paused at the question, expecting one of the dormant Troopas to throw in a jeer. None came. Drumming his fingers against his sides he returned Kamek's glare, which only now made him shiver. The pain in his gut intensified, and his heart beat faster. He glanced back at Kamek's escort, which seemed to be even closer to him than before.

"Mothership of what?"

She stood there, mouth agape as she attempted to make heads or tails of the current situation. It was chaos. Perhaps a dimensional rift? If so, it was amazingly stable; rifts are generally more disorganized than even this. As she sat at the console in the ship, she finally issued a command to Adam.

"Where are we? Find out what sector we're in, and hail for any frequencies."

She started to get nervous. What is this place? What happened? Why is she even here?

The Shield Boomerang sliced straigth through the chest of the closest enemy, the dead Pantheon's uppet body falling to the ground and the lower body collapsing. Very little blood flowed out, the sign that it was truly dead since most robots nowadays used a red-colored liquid metal to carry electricity through their circuits rather than cables.

How it moved when it had no supply of electricity was anyone's guess...

SLASH!SLASH!SLASH!SLASH!

A few dozen of those dead robots suffered the same fate. For a second, the Pantheon horde seemed to back down... but then, a horrifying sight presented itself.

The dead Pantheon halves resumed their march toward Zero, the lower bodies standing up and walking without a upper half while the upper halves dragged themselves toward Zero. It seemed althought they had been sliced in two, it hadn't been enough to destroy those things.

It was so eerie... Zero's sensors suddenly lit up, indicating that he was completely surrounded by thousands of foes... and the next second, no signal at all.

"Zero! What's going on? A massive amount of enemy signals was detected and then... nothing! We're preparing to teleport you back!" the transmission was slightly better for some reason...

For some reason, a dreadful feeling within Zero told him that teleporting out wouldn't be possible...

---

Just as Zero finished his strike and that the dead Pantheons resumed their march, many thunderbolts were shot, wreaking havoc. Metallic limbs flew about and the sounds of explosions were heard.

As one thunderbolt struck one of the upper halves crawling toward Zero, it was neatly fried, seperating the arms and head from the torso. The dead Pantheon parts finally seemed to stop moving... but then, the arms begun to wriggle about and the arms, now no longer attached to the torso, continued their march.

Likewise, away from Zero, many destroyed parts were moving on their own.

It was now obvious that something fishy was going on. An energy of some sort was somehow manipulating those dead Pantheon remains, making them move on their own... and whatever is doing this is obviously very powerful!

Suddenly, out of nowhere, some kind of portal opened before Sanigen as the lasers still came closer.

"There is no time left! Jump in! It's the only way to escape! Quick! Your planet is about to be turned into a nova!" said the telepathy, which was beginning to fade as if interferences were in the way.

For some reason, it seemed as if the ground was growing... unstable...

Then, there was the sky, which was progressively turning red as the beams continued to hammer into the ground, causing explosions everywhere...

---

Kamek laughed... his laugh was cold, so very cold... like a blade of ice piercing through you heart. Then, he stood there, grinning.

"So... you know nothing of the UEN, right? Fine... you will learn." he said, pointing to his cloaked escort.

The cloaked creature thrown its cloak... and instantly, all of the Koopas that weren't abnormally calm froze in their track, looking at the creature with a look of sheer terror all over their faces.

In front of Troy stood the strangest and most horrible creature he had probably ever seen. It was some kind of spider-like creatures with six tentacle-like limbs. Its face was vaguely human yet monstruous at the same time, its entire frame being some kind of blue transluceant goo that allowed Troy to see its bright red glowing organs beneath the skin. Its mouth was covered with liquid, disgusting-looking teeth and its two yellow eyes were glowing eeriely...

The figure only vaguely ressembled that of a Koopa...

"I present to you... the Phase Koopa! This one is a pure one, created specifically using the instructions our allies gave us. Using the semi-liquid poison this being produces, we can mutate and brainwash any creature, turning them into powerful slaves! This is only one of the many amazing technologies that the UEN wield!" stated Kamek, obviously proud of his... "creation". "Now... isn't THAT amazing?"

Kamek's grin widened. He was obviously enjoying seeing the terror in the eyes of those soldiers all around him and he was seemingly expecting Troy to be disgusted by the experiment...

... upon further inspection, if one ignored the Koopa's horrific appearance, one would understand why all the Koopas were horrified.

They were not horrified by the mutated Koopa's appearance... but by the Koopa's eyes or rather, the suffering inside of them. The being was not menacing at all... it seemed to be a tortured soul, on the opposite... a victim of a abominable experiment, a being who had seemingly went through all of Hell and back.

The mutated Koopa... was trembling in constant suffering, its own power causing it immense pain.

---

Adam, as the computer's AI, tried to get the ship to work. He struggled with the systems' programs and finally got the auto-repair systems to get the sensors back online.

"Ha! There! Now, let see where are we..."

Adam analysed the whole situation, comparing the readings he got with what he had in the database... and when finally, the results arrived, he was baffled...

"This is not right... I'll try again. Must have been a miscalculation..."

Adam swore under his breath and tried to get that stupid program to listen to his orders and do its job correctly. The program gave him new results... and it seemed that it was not a mistake, after all...

"Well, I have bad news. It seems liken we are at a place totally undocumented on any map. In fact... even by using the longest-ranged sensors the ship have, I cannot detect even a hint of any known galaxy... so either we were transported into another universe entirely... or we are so far from the Galactic Federation's territory that it would require this ship, if we go at full speed, about five times the age of the universe to return to a territory even close to the Federation." reported Adam.

There was silence... and then, Adam decided to obey Samus's other order. The one about frequencies...

"More bad news, my lady. It seems we have company... and unfortunately, the database indeed shows us that those signals belong to no known specie at all. In fact, I never heard of such a type of energy before. It's very similar to Phazon... but it's... well... refined... as if those were ships made of a technology that can actually safely process Phazon." said Adam.

In the distance... in the crimson depths of this strange sector... the strangest ships Samus had probably ever seen. Somewhat shaped like claws, devoid of cockpits of any kind, a long, blueish flame behind their three reactor, canons of unknown design visible...

"There are frequencies detected, it seems. In fact... it seems that there are still signals coming out of the experimental ship. It seems the anomaly was blocking them off. Still... I cannot confirm whenever those are life signals are not... but I would suggest moving. I do not believe that those unknown ships have a high probability of being a friendly welcoming comittee."

---

"Excellent, SD-091 MK-III." said the voice... and then suddenly, a light in the darkness... and the light, in a flash of light, turned into a door!

"Now, SD-091 MK-III, you and your child are to step into this door. We shall teleport you directly into the mothership. We have some explanations for you and your child... and I hope you brought your Dark Weapon. You'll definitely need it." said the voice.

The door opened, a blue energy field within... A teleportation device of some sorts?

Zero grumbled, and took out his Z-Saber, as he grabbed the Shield Boomerang and deactivated it.

He initiated a charge, and watched the Pantheons cautiously. If they got too close before he was done, he would deliver a three-hit combo, trying to strike as many as he could... but if not, he'd just do a charged attack on the closest ones.

Troy would have clutched his chest if his shell weren't in the way. The pain nearly doubled as Kamek's minion unveiled itself, making Troy reel.

Its soul is not its own... that feeling, it's just like when the Vast contaminated me... my pain is nowhere near what it's going through...

"Well," Troy tried his hardest to smirk. "You should know that article A, part 4, section 23 of the Transworld Interaction Pact prohibits the import and export of biological, physical augmentation and weapons technologies, regardless of where it comes from... but I see that hasn't stopped you... I'm sure your men realize this as well..."

Troy glanced over his shoulder. No one would intervene, he knew that much. Either they were frightened for their lives, or Troy had walked straight into a trap. The latter was looking more likely.

"I already knew you had some mind control magic at your disposal... but why you'd want to reinforce that, that's what intrigues me... now I'm going to assume that by making me come here, you either wanted my endorsement, or you simply wanted a worthy test subject..."

Troy shook the numbness out of his right hand. If he had to defend himself, he'd have to react fast - with Kamek, his bodyguard, and a crowd behind him that would aid them or at least hinder Troy's escape by just being there, Troy's odds were already looking uneven.
