what Ziff said would work just fine.... just try not to sound too rehearsed.... I think it would be better if it was more natural and your nervousness was obvious.. and do it sooner than later.... so that no one else asks her first... and so that if she does say no you can potentially ask someone else.... |

| Based on my experience, girls as a whole don't seem to like nervousness--it makes them feel more uncomfortable.

| ok, um... has it ever occured to anyone that she didn't really mean what she said? my best friend is a girl, and she's told me secrets. ok, if a girl tells your friend she needs to get to know you better... just don't overlook the possibility that she was just being nice or trying to avoid an uncomfortable situation. sorry if this doesn't help much... but i felt the need to point it out since nobody else did. | |||
