Its called The Games Factory! Its way less limited than most game designing tools, and its easy!

Heres a link to download and to see what it does:

I've been there before; completely forgot about the place, however. Most people use it to make Mario games and such. I tried it... but wasn't ever interested afterwards...

And you have to pay for it. But then again you have to pay for most things so there you go. Most things that are free suck anyway.

My thoughts exactly. I once played some YI game made by this. It just wasn't good at all... But, there was this game called "Mario PM". It was a really good game -- good gameplay, ect.

The Games Factory. The skateboarder sprite seen on the site proves that it's just Click 'n Create on steroids.

Click 'n Create was Corel's steroid-enhanced Klik 'n Play update.

I think I still have Klik 'n Play somewhere... it sucked.

So far, notable steroids I see are... customizable menus and C extensibility.

That last part is teh suxx0r. If you -know- C and really -want- to make games, just skip over the KnP/CnC/TGF bit and make it in C.

It's like being a Vulcan and marrying a Human: the logical thing to do.

HAHA

Kawa please tell me you're not that stupid.

"Klik 'n Play sucked... ergo... the updated and improved product sucks..."

that's like saying..

"MS Paint sucks... ergo... photoshop sucks."

I used TGF for three years, it does suck, it's default platform engine is terrible so you have to make your own "static engine" which is more trouble than it's worth. Its maps aren't even tile-based, if you're making a fangame that is tilebased you're going to have a hell of a time lining everything up correctly. Go with GameMaker if you want a... game maker.

Proof that non-sucky games can be made with GameMaker:

Download the Hard Hat series, faithful recreations of the NES Mega Man engine.
