Recently I've been trying to play Mario Advance 4 with VBA but I've been getting the same crap with different roms i download about a corrupt save file. I wonder if it's VBA's doing because I also had problems saving Fire Red. I've attatched a picture.
If anybody can help it's much appreciated. |

Fixing your problem with Super Mario Advance 4 is as simple as setting the save type to Flash 128K. Do so by clicking "Options" -> "Emulator" -> "Save Type", then choose the appropriate option ![]() Hopefully that fixes your problems. Edit: Also, make sure "Automatic" is checked.
