| The only racist hacks I know of are KKK Bros 1 and 2... I always wondered whether the author was serious and actually racist, or if he had a dary sense of humor.
Those 2 hacks are very old though. |

It takes all kinds, though its been a very long time since i've seen any racist hacks. Not that i've been looking for them. Probably one of the very first NES-hackers was a nazi, and he made a bunch of crap. But its been in circulation longer than most of the other hacks, so its had more time to sink in. Maybe NES-hacking was invented under Hitler in a secret lab in Nazi-Germany It's an evil technology! |

| Simple answer: NESticle, despite sucking, was one of the most popular NES emulators back in the day. Everyone and their mom had the SMB1 ROM, and the emulator had a built-in graphic editor easy enough for a 9-year-old to use. | |||
