| I know that there are some programs that you can edit the colors of Mario. Is there a way to change the colors of Luigi in Super Mario Bros.? | |||

Here ya go...ROM addresses for Mario's and Luigi's colors. Whip out your favorite hex editor and go to town.
MARIO 5E8 = Overalls / Hat 5E9 = Skin 5EA = Mustache / Shirt LUIGI 5EC = Overalls / Hat 5ED = Skin 5EE = Mustache / Shirt MARIO AND LUIGI (FIERY) 5F0 = Overalls / Hat 5F1 = Skin 5F2 = Mustache / Shirt (edited by Kirk Bradford Myers on 04-16-06 11:33 AM) |

| What's the point of using a program to change something as simple as a palette? NES palettes are one of the easiest things to change... | |||

| I for one would like to be able to see the colours as I change them. I guess I'm not to the point yet where I see a colour when I read a number. | |||

| The NES palette editor lacks an entire row of colors, your best bet is still a hex editor, if you use the one built into FCEUXD you can see the changes as you make them. | |||

| NESticle can also detect palette as well. That's where the hex came from. |
