Seeing that a lot of people are getting that error, I will wait till the bugs are fixed and get the next download.

Check out the screenshot at the bottom: this is from the small hack Interdpth is working on to show the editor's capabilities. Needless to say, it's pretty freakin' sweet - the acid acts like solid blocks right now, but easily fixable, and further in the room are two purple blocks, one you can go in front of while the other covers Samus.

Making amazing progress, I'll be back with more information when I get the next beta.

No, no, no. The video was shown, but that's the actual game. Maybe I should change the screenshot or something...the demo that I'm testing out isn't available to the public yet, hell, I'm getting it Friday, and it's actually usable. I'm not retarded

Nice, awesome... but I really want to design my own levels in a decent, simple and easy way, to rebuild the things "with sanity": mouse-left to copy and mouse-right to paste. An option to "cut and paste" would be cool too. Plus, more things to make this editor more n00b-friendly...

Copy and Paste sounds kind of advanced if your talking about straight maps
If your talking about coping from the tileset
You just click your block. and put it wherever on the map. Simple as that

Watch out for VGMaps people, Interdpth.

And yeah, whenever ZF comes out, I won't probably make any notable level modifications. I'm more into translations, seeing how well GBA can handle these things.

As for me, I'm going to be doing a complete overhaul of the entire game that will probably take a year or so. New rooms, even 3 new areas, the game's going to be about three hours long, man, I'm gonna have SO MUCH FUN

Crocomire looks a lot different than in Super Metroid, but I suppose kinks can be worked out later, right?

I'll be on IM tomorrow, Interdpth. Awesome movie.

Oh yeah - will it be possible to seperate the items from their Chozo Statues, or at least turn the Statues around?

Advanced Freespace system editor

Saftey checks

Layer editing

Enemy index change (support for only one enemy set ATM)

But Enjoy Zero Fission.

Edit: VB6 runtimes are needed.

Like I said last night, massively awesome, much worth the wait. I cannot wait for it to be fully done - and also like I said, let me know if you need more testing

Clipdata doesn't work and I still can't figure out backlayer for the life of me, but...eh...the rest, as said, is beautiful. Awesome job, dude, it really is freakin' sweet.

(Oh, and to everyone else: I'm going to release an .ips shortly after his next release detailing what can be done with it)
