Don't think this is my first post: My blankpika007 account won't log in and so I made this one to ask this question my friend posed. The email he gave me reads:
…uh oh… If you hold CTRL on my game you can walk on water, over obstacles…anything. Why is this? I have no clue why this happens. He is running RM2K. I have one more question. In my RM2K3 game, if you don't do anything after a while, the screen flashes game over. I have checked the script and eliminated possible causes. Can anyone help me with these questions? |

Is this RPGMakerXP you're talking about? To answer your first question, it might be the fact that you're playing on test mode (playing while in the editor). For the second one, I really have no clue. You must've messed with something in the script. | |||

No. My friends is RPG 2000 and mine is RPG 2003.
Oh...I think he was playing test play...thanx! And as for me, I don't think I messed the script. I'll just have to see if it works. Oh well. Any other tips welcome here. |

Originally posted by blankpika_re What a simple thing to know. I don't blame you though if you're new. You can only do this when TESTING your game. You can also press F9 to load all of the switches and variables in your game to turn them on/off or edit the number. This makes testing a hell of a lot easier. RPG Maker 2003? Game over? You must have done something because that's not automatic. |
