When they tested my BA level at the hospital it was like .28 and that was after I had puked for an hour and stopped drinking two hours before that.

between four and six 40s of steel reserve? i don't think i could even live through that.

a friend of mine claims to have had eight 40s (st ides i think) in one night. of course the only way he was able to keep it down was by doing plenty of coke also.

Well yeah, I would think the cocaina would help. I had one 40 during Senior Week (Olde English "800" HG, specifically) and I was D-U-N DONE. I bow down.

Well what that actually reminds me of is a pretty awful game that I've seen but not played known as "Edward 40hands" which is pretty much what it sounds like. You have two 40s, and they're duct taped to your hands such that you can't really do anything with your hands but finish the 40s. Until you do, you can't take them off. Keep in mind that the human bladder has a limited capacity below 80 ozs and you get quite a challenge to finish them quickly. REALLY quickly.

Olde English is a cheap, drunk man's beer. That's why it's always available at the local punk shows (And yes, I bum it). Wine in a box is good if you're trying to get drunk, but not if you want real wine.

Yeah, it'll give you a hangover, particularly if you mix it with other things.

Course, there are bottled wines that are nasty too. Lambrusco comes to mind.

So did you play that because someone at the party suggested it, or from my suggestion?

Anyway, the biggest thing to not get a hangover, I've found, is just to drink plenty of water over the course of the night and before you go to sleep. I've gotten very few hangovers with that strategy.

Also, you can still be a little drunk when you wake up.

I don't really like beer. Haven't found any I could stand. Same with wine.
What I do drink on occasion, though, is mized drinks, like rum or rye with pop.

Yep. Some people don't seem to realise this and think it's a side-effect of a hangover, and then go driving

Joke all you want, but I've had plenty of experience with all sorts of alcohol.

That particular night I started out with two shots of vodka, and over the course of about 3 hours had at least 4 beers/ciders as well as a few cups (read: 2-3 normal servings each) of wine from a box. Or something like that. I don't really remember, to be honest. But it was a lot

Nothing like celebrating Easter with Jello shots in Easter eggs. I had 10 as soon as I walked in the door. They were pretty weak, though.

Passover was on Wednesday so I got to drink some wine. Got a little light headed. It was interesting though.

What that reminds me of is a friend of mine who can drink rum like nobody's business, but gets a bit tipsy from her Passover wine.
