| "Damn it!" Forte shouted as the lightning attack struck him again, followed by the flurry. He quickly relieved himself of the status effect with a Vaccine Program Subchip, healing him from the Posion Status.
He summoned his Dark Arm blades, in the shape of daggers in between his fingers in both hands, and threw them forward at the base of the Air Elemental. "MegaFire Subchip! Alpha Psibeam!" He did something that could be considered strange; he combined the power and fire element of MegaFire Subchip, then fired a red arc of energy in a circle, incinerating part of the plantlife, but maintainint control as to not start a mass bonfire. He closed his eyes, and the fiery Alpha Psibeam faded away under his will. "Schwa... if you won't come out, then I'll force you to show yourself..." * * * ForteZero was in David's room, playing Sonic Riders on the X Box. He never heard his older brother's PET beep as the Style Change icon activated by itself. "Heh heh heh... time to beat Zero's speed record with Shadow the Hedgehog." * * * A bright barrier of purple light surrounds the Black Shadow as he is lifted into the air. Forte's armor gains an Egyptian theme to them, but instead of being purple and black, he is gold and blue. His helmet reappears over his head, and has the words 'crying' and 'praying' on both sides of the fins which became a silver color, both words written in hierologyphics. Also, his cloak returned and wrapped around his body, but instead of brown, it was black, severely tattered and covered in blood spots. His infamous icon is replaced with an eye where the symbol was. It's not a picture, but a living eye, as it blinks and looks around. "Egyptian Kratos!" Forte chuckled, as he now became a triple element Navi; Dark, Holy, and Psychic. * * * "Damn, I should of known that post was fake!" Dynamo shouted as he ran through the old streets of the old Sim Battle City, being chased by a mass army of... Mettaurs? "Met met! Met met!" They cried out as they weilded their cute yet deady pickaxes in the air. Dynamo was literaly screaming like a girl as he kicked some old trashcans into their path. "What the hell am I running for!? I can just log out!" He fired several buster shost at the viruses, taunting them before he quickly logged out. DYNAMO LOGGING OUT |

OOC: Poor Dynamo... 
Forte's apparently wide-ranged dark-energy dagger toss can't be dodged by the Air Elemental quite in time, either. The attack brings it to a VERY low stamina (think like 3/435 HP in a typical RPG, or to be creative, 15 HP on a high-level Rockman.EXE), and as it stands practically exploding with electricity on it's own, it unexpectedly launches another thunderbolt at Forte (almost in spite, even) before it begins to die automatically in a self-defense instinct. At that moment, as the conflaring Elemental dissapitates in a lightshow of it's own, Schwa leaps out of concealment, with two turns of charged energy at his disposal, and lets Forte have it with, say... Ultimate Attack? "Egyptian nothin'! Satelite Union, AWAY!!" (epic blast) Schwa finishes his leap as he comes down, slamming his ether-coated purple hand into the ground. Instantly there is a ripple of invisible, heavily warped Nature energy detectable by both Schwa and (probably) Forte. At the time when the ripple reaches the outer perimeter of the garden, four portals open on the four corners of the garden, and out of them rise into the air each a massive, rainbow-glittering crystal ball of needles. The portals close immediately after releasing these four wonders, as they rise almost a hundred feet into the air. Then they begin to glow each with a light as bright as the sun, and finally, they let Forte have it with an almost instantaneously-striking quadruple solar beam, one huge sunbeam fired from each crystal, in a style similar to Django's "coffin-with-sunlight" special attack from MMBN5 (without the spinning). The beams even change their direction with his movements, determined to envelop him with all four for the whole 15 second duration of the attack. Getting caught completely unprotected in the beams drains HP at an EXCEEDINGLY rapid rate, making this attack a potentially lethal situation. (The best defense against this, noted by Schwa, is a barrier of some kind. Dodging for the whole 15 seconds is absurd.) After the 15 seconds, the four crystals crumble to dust and exit the Material Plane via invisible portal. "So... Have I gotten stronger or what?" Schwa says after the attack, ONLY if it did plenty of damage. Otherwise he's speechless. UMana lllllllll... 9/12 |

| OOC: Yeah, Dynamo is what you would know as annoying, much like his X series counterpart in MegaMan X6.... boy, I'm in a writing mood...
Forte swiftly brought up a powerful LifeAura, just before the lightning bolt shot down in retaliation to his last attack. He jumped back at the surprise of Schwa dropping into view, and seeminly notices the opening portals. "Is that all Schwa? Let's see how strong it can do to peirce my powerful LifeAura combined with the DarkAura!" He let out a battle cry just as the Sattlite Union attack fired four beams of energy at him. What the hell Schwa? This is powerful... but even you will be impressed by this, he telepathicaly spoke to the Psi Warrior without knowing it. There was a grand explosion and the last ten seconds of the attack damaged him. As the crystals vanished, the smoke soon cleared, and Forte stood, half his already tattered cloak oblibiterated. A trickle of blood ran down the side of his mouth as he gave him a toothy evil smirk... more like a taunt. "GunDelHell Battlechip." In his left hand, appeared another Solar Gun, only pitch black and purple, and coursing with dark energy instead of solar energy. He aimed at Schwa with both of the barrels side-by-side. "When Solar energy and Dark energy combine together, what it creates is something more powerful than normal darkness... called Chaos. Chaos energy is very destructive and powerful. During one of the Semi Finals, Noah Kaiyou and his Navi Lumine faced off against the leader of Neo Arcadia Saiba Yami, and Omega X. The battle took place in the Sky Battlefield, so the Pile Driver Program Advance couldn't be used by Lumine, but Noah downloaded the GunDelSolEX and GunDelHell..." He became silent for five minutes, as if scared to say the last few words... and I mean very scared. FLASHBACK - Last year, Battle Network Semi-Finals “You’re going down.” Lumine clenched his sword and charged. Omega X flew toward him and their blades collided. They pushed each other off and the former quickly attacked again, but his opponent dove down and flew to the side to avoid it before stabbing his Transcendent Sword at him. Lumine flipped over the blade and its wielder and stopped behind him before both Navis whipped around and clashed swords again. Omega X came down with his weapon and his opponent blocked before attacking again. The Arcadian NetNavi morphed his other hand into his buster and used its shield to deflect the blow. “CountSP Battlechip in, download!” The Count of Ground-Soaking Blood appeared in front of Lumine and attacked Omega X with Blood Rain before launching a row of Blood Spires, which seemed to come out of thin air and hit him from below. The diabolical vampire then disappeared and Noah slotted in another chip David handed to him before he left. On the field, David appeared in a flash of light, floating in the air. With one quick aim, he launched a Big Bang Strike, which caught Omega X completely off-guard. The David clone then vanished, as Noah slotted in his Gun Del Hell. The Dark Gun appeared in Lumine’s other hand and he fired several dark shots at his opponent. At this moment, Noah covered his solar sensor with his hand, giving the Gun Del Hell more power. “It’s going to take more than those to defeat me!” Omega X swung his sword and flew at Lumine while avoiding all the shots. He came up close and attacked only to have his blow parried. “Gun Del Sol EX Battlechip in, download!” The solar-powered Z-Saber and Otenko vanished and the Gun Del Sol EX appeared in Lumine’s hand. Now armed with two guns, he pulled away and fired bursts of light and darkness at Omega X. The shots came within such close proximity of one another at times that he often found himself flying as far away from them as possible in case they collided. “Noah, be careful with those things!” shouted Saiba, “Do you know what will happen when light and darkness come together?” “They create chaos,” answered Noah, “I’m fully aware of that and I’m also fully aware of the results if I were to launch a chaos blast. However, seeing as I can’t exactly use the Pile Driver on a field like this, I just might do it.” “You’re insane, Noah.” “So are you, Saiba. I guess that’s what makes us siblings.” Lumine held the two guns together with the barrels side-by-side and aimed them at his opponent. “You’ll destroy us all!” shouted Omega X. “I’ve got protection!” Lumine cried. And with that, he pulled the triggers at once. The solar shot and the dark shot fired out at the same time and they fused together as they approached their target. Right on impact, a massive explosion of chaos energy erupted throughout the entire battlefield and destroyed everything. Lumine closed his wings around himself and Noah reinforced his defenses with a couple of chips. When the chaos subsided, no other physical entity remained. However, Omega X had somehow managed to survive. END FLASHBACK "We may have gotten much more powerful... but you got to admit what I'm planning to do has to be insane Schwa..." He looked at him straight in the eyes, and grinned like mad before he squeezed both triggers only half-way. A burst of light shot out, as did several bursts of darkness, and they combined together and created a powerful explosion of chaos... but only at half it's strength for some reason. In fact, it was a mimic of Darkness Overload. * * * The klaxon sirens rang out throughout the base as Maverick Hunter personnel scrambled to their stations. At the main Control room, Zero, ForteZero, Marino, and Spider ran in. "Layer, what's the situation?" ForteZero questioned. "There was a burst of chaos energy that our sensors detected." Just then, the doors slid open and David and Alia ran in. "David? How'd you two get here so quick?" "Teleport," was his only answer as he ran ot a nearby console. Just then, Mitani ran in. "David, what's happening, the alarms went off at Red Alert." "Apparenty someone's using a GunDelHell and GunDelSolEX and creating blasts of chaos energy." "But Chaos energy is so destructive, it can destroy half of the networkl of when it happened!" Marino shouted. David gotten a print-out of the spike of energy, but noticed a difference. Unlike the chaos energy Lumine unleashed during the Battle Network Finals, this unique Chaos energy was at half strength, just at par to the power of Darkness Overload. "Maybe our Navis can take care of this and investigate?" Mitani sugessted. "Yeah, sure. The last known energy burst came from Sim-Battle City." "Sim-Battle City?" David froze, before he though up a lie. "Well... it's a new part of the cyber world that I created as part of this message board called Acmlm's Board." Mitani looked at him before he closed his eyes and nodded. David let out a sigh of relief. "Jack In! Red, power up!" Mitani aimed his PET and beamed his Navi into the console. ForteZero, Marino, Spider, and Zero followed suit and jacked themselves in and left their real-world bodies. Five beams of light shot down in Maverick Hunter Area 2 and deposited the Navis. The five of them ran up the nearby stairs, and turned to the right path up to a gate. Once David input the password, the pink laser gates dropped down. One by one, they stepped into the light brown teleporter pod and warped to Forte's last known co-ordience. * * * Five beams of light shot down and deposited the four Navi's and Red in front of the Sim Battle Cafe. Red was a one-of-a-kind Navi with red armor covering his body. He wore a black bodysuit underneath and his hands were encased in red gloves. His boots were red and the toes were pointed upward like Deathscythe Hell Custom. A pair of sharp triangle pads protected his shoulders. His helmet was open at the top, allowing his whitish-blond hair to flow out through the top. Strapped to his back was a double-bladed beam scythe, currently with both blades deactivated. "So this is Sim-Battle City?" Red asked. "Yeah Red," Zero said. "So, what are you twerps doing here?" said a familiar voice. Dynamo stepped away from behind the Sim Battle Cafe, smirking. Other than the fact he looked like hell and had Mettaur teeth bites all over his armor -- one on his right cheek -- he was fine... "Shut up Dynamo," Everyone at Maverick Hunter HQ's Control Room and the five Navis said in unison. The mercenary face-falted. "Hey! That wasn't nice. I take it you're looking for the Black Shadow?" He asked, chuckling as he got back up onto his feet. Marino ran up to him and grabbed him by the collar of his armor. "Where is he? Did you do anything to him?" "I can't tell you," he said in a sing-song voice. Marino didn't believe him as she kneeled him in the crouch. The guys all gringed and took a step back. "Alright alright! He's... eeee, fightning against that Schwa person at the Gaiamatter Arena," he squeeled out in pain. Marino let him drop to the ground as Dynamo covered himself below, squeeling in immense pain before he streamed away in a blaze of electrical light. "Schwa? The Psi Warrior... log out guys. I think Forte is in no trouble," David said as he turned off the alarms then turned on the com-monitor, "Attention everyone on base, false alarm. You can return to whatever activities you were doing." Mitani shrugged his shoulders and pressed the icon on the PET. RED LOGGING OUT The four Navis followed and logged out as well. SPIDER LOGGING OUT FORTEZERO LOGGING OUT MARINO LOGGING OUT ZERO LOGGING OUT "If Schwa's returned, then Forte's in a rematch fight with him," Marino said as she returned to her real-world body. "What do you mean?" Spider asked. "Well... a month ago after the events of the Battle Network Finals, we had an interesting conversation..." FLASHBACK Marino was riding her Quicksilver Ride Chaser through the highway, and has slowed down to pull up onto a dirt path. After a few minutes the dirt path ended at a brick road, which led to a burned out mansion that was left to rot for what seemed like twenty years or so. She pulled to a stop up to a sleek black and purple motorcycle which had Forte's helmet fin designs along the handlebars. After getting off, she immediatly spotted the black haired teen sitting down on an iron bench overlooking the vast large lake behind the old Abbott residence. "Hey Forte, what's up?" Marino said as she ran up towards the Black Shadow. Forte looked at the ninja, before he returned his gaze towards the lake, "What's wrong?" She asked as she stood behind him. "Nothing much..." She gave off an annoyed look. "C'mon Forte. It's not like you to be this silent." He growled, but sighed. "Yeah... I was just thinking about Schwa." She raised an eyebrow as she moved around and sat down. "Who?" "Schwa, the Psi Warrior. He's a human who wears white robe like clothing with a pitch black blindfold over his eyes. Schwa is a being from this place called the Material Plane. Long before Sim Battle City and the surrounding neighboring cities were erased, Schwa and I met, and battled each other." He lifted his right hand up and clenched it as golden etheral energy flared up. Marino took an interest in this, "You see... during the fight, I grabbed hold of him and used my Get Ability Program, and copied one of his attacks, but since I grabbed his right arm, I also copied some properties of The Living Assets. As to how I know where he came from, during the fight, I could faintly hear the telepathic message Schwa shared with this girl... I think was his girlfriend or something." He unclenched his fist, and the flaring ether around his hand fades away. "The Living Assets?" Forte looked at her, as he brushed a strand of long black hair away from his eyes before returning his gaze out towards the lake. "Yeah. The Living Assets of Virtue, Respect, and Honor. I copied this attack called Alpha Psibeam, which in my case, I unleash an arc of silver holy and psychic energy that locks onto the target's soul for a sure-hit. Of course, I won that battle against the Psi Warrior, then the second battle when Emily the Zraku appeared from the Material Plane... though the second round I won through team work with my younger brother. Yes... it's been a while since I last seen Schwa, and right now, he's vanished." "Where to?" "I don't know. Sometimes though when I'm just minding my own busniess, I can feel him cause of the Living Assets... his soul." She looked at Forte, wondering why he's feeling.... emotional. It was slightly creeping her out. "I'm waiting for the day that he returns, so that I may challenge him to a rematch... a worthy battle to see who's stronger this time around." Forte grabbed a nearby stone and tossed it, watching it skip the surface only seven beats before it sank. He streched his arms out before he got up and snatched his biker helmet before walking over to his parked motorcycle, which almost resembled Django's Sol Cycle. "Well, I'm heading back to the city. Later." He put on his purple and black helmet, got on and drove down the brick path and vanished over the horizon, leaving Marino standing there alone. END FLASHBACK "So, Schwa is considered one of his worthy rivals, like my cousin's Navi RockMan?" Mitani asked. "Yeah..." "Oh well. I'm heading back home." Mitani waves as he left the Control Room. David and Alia also left to return back to the university via teleportation by Command Armor. The others looked at each other before they left the Control Room, walking down the hallway back to the Activities Room. "So, should we talk to Forte once he finishes his battle?" Marino asked to no one in particular. "Knowing my brother, he'll stay quiet on what he does when he's alone, but I'll talk to him when he comes back... he'll talk to me about anything." "Yeah, sure ForteZero. Now... any of you up for Poker?" Spider asked. "Shut up Spider," the three Navis said in unison. "Hey! It's not like I'm gonna cheat!" He shouted. Yeah right, Marino thought to herself. |

OOC: You definitely know basic Psi Warrior Lore, I'll give you that much. God, you're a good writer. 
Schwa listens to Forte's shpiel about Chaos. Though he already knows everything there is to know on the subject, he can't help the adrenaline rush that slowly builds as Forte nears the climax of his destructive tale... and as he pulls the triggers... "Hey, WAIT a sec!" Schwa thinks in sync with the triggers pulling... as he comes out of a half-meditation... Obviously he's coming up against a mighty attack, but something's STILL seriously, seriously wrong. Why did he detect what he thought he did? There can only be one answer to that, and these kinds of answers are the kind that can eat away at Schwa for his whole, entire life. The Nega Explosion approaches, and Schwa coats his whole body with rainbow ether as he dives right into the blast! He's aiming for one target and one alone... Schwa nearly cries out in pain, but the pain lasts split-seconds compared to eternity. Schwa almost breaks the sound barrier as he pierces through the blast, taking heavy damage but not noticing or caring, and divebombs Forte from the heavens with a mighty meteor tackle and outstretched, rainbow ether-coated fists. The attack has enough power to crush half of an armored car. "HIYAAAAAH!!" Hopefully knocking him down, Schwa whips off his blindfold after hitting or missing, and stares into Forte's eyes with his own pair, which gleam with anger. "You... held... back. You BROKE our promise. You pulled the fucking trigger only halfway. What gives, you SHIT?" Schwa's chest heaves as he tries to contain the anger, but it's not working. His ether dissipitates and is replaced by REAL fireballs that coat his hands, a major sign of awakened anger. "Pull it all the way. You promised. Do it NOW, you bastard." UMana llllllllll.. 10/12 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "Okay." "Slate?" "I have an answer to your question." "Is that so? Well, I'd be delighted to hear it!" "...After thinking of everything I've ever done in my life, I've decided that I enjoy absolutely nothing more than ripping into the flesh of the most evil demon thinkable with Alpha Psibeam and hearing it scream as it dies in anguish." "....Oh..." "Now, Miss Allaura, allow me to ask you a question of my own. ...I want to know, do you think of me as a monster now?" "No. Killing demons is what we do... and it... definitely fits your personality." "I knew you'd say that, and I didn't have to read your mind to know it. Thank you." "...." Silence reigns for the next hour or so as Allaura and Slate the Psi Warriors bask in the sunlight upon their crystal balcony, which is certainly a different scene than Schwa's little predicament. |

| "Whoa!" Damn, I thought my little taunt would scare him. All I seemed to do was piss him off. Not a good thing... He was definatly caught off-guard as he was slammed to the ground, pinned underneath Schwa.
He listened to the angered question that seemed to be more of a demand. Forte grins, as the Solar Gun and the Dark Gun vanishes. "Okay Schwa, so you caught on to that. That was more of a taunting threat, but even I'm not that crazy as to launch a chaos blast. A fully powered Chaos Blast has enough destructive power to kill us both, and has more power than my ultimate attack Dark Messiah. And what I mean by that is, you wouldn't return back to the Material Plane, you'd be permanently dead. And permanently killing you would diminish my only reason to become the strongest!!" He shouted back at Schwa, his anger building. He looked away from Schwa's glaring eyes. "But this fight is still on, and I promise you this Psi Warrior, I won't hold off from doing this!!" To get him off, one swift kick below the belt will work.... if it connects. |

| Schwa barely twitches as his non-ether coated arm swipes down, stopping his kick, then he holds his palms out DBZ style, releasing a massive storm of searing flames out of them. It's enough to engulf Forte and much of the overgrowth, though the attack strength of the flame is just above-average, not Heavy.
After the flames clear, half the garden has been relieved of it's rare, beautiful flowers, and is wide open for dueling. One must beware of the floating embers, though. At least Schwa isn't as angry as he just was, though... "Okay... Okay... I needed to let it out. ...Sorry." His ether returns as he speaks. "I didn't process... that you just might've been cautious rather than a jerk. It was a good call, but in any other circumstance I definitely wouldn't have endured an attack like THAT on purpose... Dang." He sighs, breathing in the air. "Let's continue this spar the good ol' honorable way." On cue, "Emotional Rockets!" (echo effects) He makes a Z-swing hand motion, scattering ether in the air. It swirls apart then together again, forming 3 colored energy cones coated in ether, floating next to Schwa's right shoulder. One is blue, one is red, and one is yellow. They represent not only the Assets themselves, but also the three Primary Emotions, joy, anger and sorrow. Schwa's always been proud of this move, but he must wait for a moment before firing the attacks... UMana lllllllllll. 11/12 |

| At close range he had no choice but to endure the hits, but once Schwa returned to his feet, calm and at his normal self, so did he.
"Well... let's get it on." He raised his right arm into the air, and it formed into an egyptian styled version of Gospel's head. "Sand Breath!" Forte smirked as he fired a quartet (four shots) of tightly packed balls of sand. Sand Breath can absorb attacks, physical or energy based. If I'm right... he'll try to evade the quartet of attacks, then launch those Emotional Rockets. If I'm correct, Schwa will get specific boost if I'm hit by those things. But I won't let that happen. * * * "Straight Flush!" Zero and Marino groaned as Spider raked in the third ante. ForteZero was smart enough to not play, and instead watch while gulping down some soda; a Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. "See... ladyluck," Spider stated. "Ladyluck my ass," Marino mumbled under her breath, before grabbing her mug and downed her third hot chocolate drink. "Gimme another glass of hot chocolate!" Marino shouted to the bartender. Forte instantly gets a telepathic message. "Absorb attacks? Evade and launch? Won't happen? Oooh, burned! Ya know you shouldn't really leave your mind open like a book for people to tap into, my worthy adversary!" Schwa hides his glee after reading Forte's mind, something he doesn't do nearly as much as he used to, but still a skill he Wild Card's with on occasions... "Let's see if I can be creative and find a contrary way. Heeheehee..." Yes, Schwa's back to his good ol' self. Suddenly, Schwa's hand darts out and he grabs the red rocket out of the air like a stork going for a fish! Holding onto it softly with a hand flaring hugely with ether to protect him, he swaloms through the first two spheres, backflips once and kicks off to jump over the third and fourth spheres, rockets earthward and sails JUST over Forte's head, attempting to ram the red rocket right down his egyptianesque center eye on the way down! It should still have nothing but it's original effect if it works, save for possibly a severe stinging-- and that original effect is heavy damage, TRIPLE that of Alpha Psibeam, an overwhelming feeling of anger, and a boost in Attack Power (yes, Schwa's attack actually ups his opponent's stats) lasting as long as the packaged emotion (which isn't always that long, really). Hit or miss, there are two rockets remaining hovering by Schwa's side; yellow and blue. "And only one of the rockets offers me a boost of any kind, eff why eye." UMana OOC: Now that the gauge is full, once Schwa finishes launching his rockets, he is allowed access to one (and only one) of his unique Prince Techs during this battle. You may want to read up on these; they're insanely advanced and don't require even the slightest charge. |

"AHA! Got ya!" As Schwa sailed just over his head, Forte hopefully manages to grapple Schwa, but the Psi Warrior's original attack worked, though the eye felt no painful stings, but Forte feels the damage. If the grapple is successful, Forte will spin around, launch him into the air and jump up, and land in several punches to the chest, then spin around Naruto-style and kick him down to the ground. If the grapple fails, he'll toss a blood red energy sword he calls "Bloody Blades" at Schwa as he lands away from the Dark Messiah. Either way, he begins to feel his anger rise within him, as well as a Power boost as he begins to softly flash red, alternating wiht his orignal colors like a fade in/fade out routine. FORTE BERSERK STATUS "Damn... it..." As hard as he tried, he couldn't contain his anger. |

| Forte's grab-attack is successful, but Schwa uses ether to decrease the damage from the punches, firing an etheral energy blast into Forte as he spins, point blank range, to try and prevent the kick attack. It shouldn't miss easily, and it's not even especially powerful, but if it connects it will give Schwa juuuuust enough time to dodge the kick in midair. Schwa lands on the plant-filled half of the garden, letting a huge, soft half-mushroom plant cushion his fall. Spores from the plant surround him, and before he knows it, his arm has changed to it's plant-like state once again.
"Well... Okay, I can make do. Blasted plant matter... At least my powerful rocket hit." Hiding in the underbrush for now, Schwa monitors Forte with his status condition. "That's rare! Hmm... I suppose the next best option would be..." After several seconds of Schwa's hiding, Forte might notice another rocket on it's way to him, bursting from the bushes and tracking him Alpha Psibeam style. This one's yellow. Should this connect, Forte will be overcome with sorrow, probably eliminating his berserkness, and while it does no damage it tends to cause a powerful status condition; randomly Poison or Slow. At the same time, Schwa dispels the Joy Rocket that remains, and it vanishes. Suddenly, Schwa's hands burst with golden-orange ether. That can only mean one thing... "Aaaaaand my Prince Tech is ready! WooHOO! But... Should I play offensive, defensive or passive? It's not like I can take much more punishment, so..." True to his observations, Schwa's HP is less than 50%. UMana FULL |

| Whiel spinning to land in the kick, Schwa's attack nails a direct blow on his eye icon on his chest. Forte glows brightly in a black light before he is forced out of the Style Change, and lands onto the ground, just in time to be struck by the second Emotional Rocket. He's standing silent now... the helmet casting a shadow over his eyes.
"Cure One Subchip..." he says quietly, as the slow status is removed... Why in the hell do I feel... like this...? * * * ForteZero looks up to the ceiling, as an unexplained feeling flashes through his mind. "ForteZero?" The White Shadow snaps out of it. "Huh?" "You're move," Zero said. "Oh... yeah." ForteZero grabbed a Bishob and moved the peice, "check." |

We'll see." Schwa uses a quick, only slightly hindered mind-reading followed by some telepathy, withholding any attacks for now. "Forte, ally of David's Maverick Hunters... Don't forget, it is not in a Hunter's best interest to allow false sorrow to overtake him or her in battle. You haven't forgotten, have you?" That should be accurate enough, Schwa thinks. | "I... will... not.... LOSE!!!" Forte yelled loudly as a aura blaze around him, "Hells Rolling!" He fired off a quartet of dark energy wheels homing in on Schwa's position. As much as he hate to admit, he's low on HP himself. Cause of two nails to his eye icon when he was still Kratos, it was still very effective to his HP.
* * * "Did you hear that?" Zero looked at him when he was thinking before moving his Rook. "Hear what? C'mon, stop distracting me ForteZero." "... Fine." ForteZero grabed his L3 Peice and moved it, "Checkmate." "WHAT!?" * * * Gospel was lying asleep in Black Earth, when it lifted it's huge head and looked towards the western direction. Growling, it got up and began to walk before it burst into a shower of Bug Frags. |

| OOC: Using the Prince Tech now. BEWARE.
"It is time!!" Right before Forte attacks, Schwa leaps out of the bushes, hands held high and burning with golden-orange Etheral energy. Powerful wind can be felt, which rustles the plants in the garden, then there's a SERIOUS change in the mana-flow in the air... and finally, Schwa burns his entire Unique Mana reserves for the rest of the day in one epic tactic: "Prince Schwa's Phantonomical Spheres." (epic blast) Time literally freezes for the two fighters as the world around them instantly fades away, revealing a vision of what can only be the entire universe all around them. Schwa floats in the void before Forte, loose clothes flapping wildly in the non-existant wind, and behind him is a huge transparent image of a severely altered version of Schwa. This image, known only by Sensae as Prince Schwa, has white streaks in his spiky hair, no blindfold, rainbow-colored streaks all over the white clothes that seem to move around, an icy scowl on his face and an etheral rapier at his side. This picture is kept for about 10 seconds before it fades, along with the universe around them, until they're right back in their positions in the garden as time snaps back on for them. It was only a vision, apparently, caused by altered Psi energy... But Schwa is WAY different than he was before. He is half-transparent and glowing neon, body and clothes and all, flowing smoothly from color to color on the visible spectrum, and his hands flare with ether always the opposite color of Schwa. More importantly, the powerful attack Forte sent out phases RIGHT THROUGH the altered Psi Warrior. Schwa chuckles before he speaks again... "Well, Forte, I don't intend to lose either. Consider that a rival-to-rival warning. We're pretty evenly matched, though... That's why I decided to bring out my best defensive Tech to even the odds. I'm INVINCIBLE in this form, that is, until you find my weakness. Can you do that in 8 moves, though?" Secretly in random places in the bushes, two spiked, steel spheres sit. They weren't there before, and each one contains half of Schwa's Asset-infused soul. They are Schwa's only weakness; dealing damage to them will affect Schwa's HP, and nothing else. This is the case for 8 turns, at the end of which will return Schwa to his normal state. BUT... can Forte figure out this riddle in time? Prince Tech in effect for 8 turns. |

| "Shit...." is all he said, mouth agape. He quickly shakes his head to clear his mind, before concentrating.
"Damn.... so, this is the Prince Techs. I have dreamed of," his mouth curved to a devilish grin, "Maybe if I can make a copy of one...." He then starts to chuckle, as his right hand is bathed in an aura of colors. He thrustes the glowing right arm forward, and shouts out the attack, "Airburst!" Behind the Dark Messiah, a rustle of wind fiercly blows by, blowing his cloak forward before hundreds of light energy balls rush through, sweeping across the entire Gaiamatter Arena in waves of two. Right away afterward he begins to charge up. Now he'll find a way to beat his rival once more.... before he can deal a final hit to him... |

| "The bushes should protect them from damage," Schwa thinks.
And they do, for the most part, but it starts becoming a problem when the protective plants start getting blown apart by the energy blasts, slowly unveiling what Schwa is trying to keep concealed... "Aw, hell with it." Suddenly, the hidden spheres flare up with ether as they, under Schwa's tight control, shoot straight up and out of hiding. They seem to be moving in and out of the remaining blasts very fast, but they can't dodge every shot, and with the 2 or 3 hits landed on the spheres, Schwa's polychromatic body flickers white in unison. He still doesn't flinch, not actually feeling physical pain, as he attacks the energy-charging Forte with another special ability. This time it's one of his Ma Pingon Techs. "Rolling Helix!" (echo effects) Schwa holds his palms together and thrusts outwards, launching a double helix-shaped chain of energy spheres that beams outward in a straight line. Each sphere in the beam is like a bomb; getting hit delivers below average Holy/Psychic damage but knocks the target flying away with a burst of force. The helix is aimed straight at Forte in an attempt to stop his charge. As Schwa attacks, the two steel spheres begin hovering slow circles above Forte, about 8 feet away from him, waiting for an opening... Coated with sharp spikes, it wouldn't be very pleasant to take a blow from either one of those things. Prince Tech in effect for 7 turns. |

| "DAMN! NOVA FORCE!!" Using another stolen ability he copied from Sonance a year ago after the events of the Battle Network Finals, his right fist enflares with controlled chaos energy. He quickly punches the ground with such force it erupts and sends out a wave of flaring shots in all directions. Of course, he takes small recoil damage, bringing his HP to very low levels... one Hit Point left.
Unfortunately... the Rolling Helix couldn't be dodged or deflected in time as he takes full force. Yelling in sheer pain, he is flung through the air. It's almost like slow-motion as Forte looks at Schwa. "... Guess I lost..." A tear crept down his face. FORTE LOGGING OUT His body morphs into the word "LOG OUT" before it streams away into the sky, as that single tear drops ot the ground, and is absorbed by the earth. Nearby, Gospel growled before it turned around and burst into a mass of bug frags, heading back to Black Earth. * * * In Forte's room, the computer screen flashes before a red thin beam of light shoots out back into the watch, and immediatly the real world body falls to the ground. "AHH!" Outside, David was about to go see Forte, but he heard the scream so he opens teh door, and see's Forte unconsious. He ran towards the panel near the door and turns it on. "I need the medial team here quickly! Zero, get over here and help me. ForteZero, you too!" David turned off the panel on the wall and ran over to help Forte up. "Damn... Schwa won...." "Forte, don't speak now. We know what happened, so you'll have to explain to us what was going on between you two." "My data... is damaged." "Figures... we'll get you to the medical wing right away." In a matter of minutes, Zero and ForteZero dropped by and escorted the Black Shadow to the med. wing, where David jacked Forte out, and jacked him inside one of the holographic tables where the medical staff can get to work fixing up any damages done to his data. Alia came by to perform a check-up on his reploid body in the meantime. Outside, David, Zero, and ForteZero were sitting in the lounge. "I told him that once he recovers he'll need to fill out a report of what he's done..." Zero nodded. "Yeah. Last time Forte won and Schwa lost..." "And now it's a reverse decision," ForteZero finished for the crimson hunter, "Schwa won and my brother lost." David got up and left, returning back to his office. Zero decided to leave, which left ForteZero at his brother's side. While the Black Shadow was unconsious, he was grinning mentally. Damn Psi Warrior. You have gotten stronger... I guess this means you won... unless you also didn't survive my Nova Force attack. We'll see each other again someday... |

| "Hah! Let's see how this goes..."
The chaos energy doesn't affect Schwa's body in his state, but to save himself from this potentially game-ending blow to Schwa, he'll have to reeeealy get clever with his steel spheres... "GravBoost Aura!" (echo effects) Starting his defense combo, Schwa throws a ring of green light into the ground about 12 feet in diameter. Any allies within the parameters of the light ring gain a boost to all stats, mostly Agility. With that boost, Schwa leaps straight up and hovers beside his spheres, eye level with them. The blasts approach, and Schwa stresses his power even with the boost as he controlls the spheres, allowing them to avoid every attack... for a while. The last wave is dense and tightly-packed, and it's impossible to protect either sphere from the onslaught. As the wave engulfs them both, Schwa's body glows white as he shines with light rays, as if he's about to explode. He drops to the ground along with the spheres, with the attack ended... He looks around, and sees no sight of Forte whatsoever. "Strange... Did I... Did I win?" As if on cue, Schwa snaps out of his special mode and returns to normal, the two spheres transforming into light rays that are immediately sucked into Schwa's right arm. Schwa feels like he's about to die from the pain, but he slowly manages to stand up. "...Victory..." And he plops right back down again, fainting. Seconds later, through the power of a familiar external source of Psi, his body wavers and disappears. Epilouge Far away, in a cell decorated with glass bird ornaments in Crystal Psipalace, a severely beaten-up figure lies unconscious in bed. Another figure watches him for a long time, before she leaves the room after hearing a summon from her teacher. Though the figure's body is completely still, his mind stirs, automatically seeking out a specific soul no matter the distance... "Forte..." His mind calls out to the Navi, hearable even across planes of existance. "Forte... Your power... Forte..." |
