What do you want to use it for? MappyVM will let you export disassemblies, VBA-SDL let's you do it to a limited degree (shouldn't be too hard to make some changes so that you can specify ranges etc...) and of course if you only want to take a look you can use the Disassembly viewer in the GUI version.

The GUI one goes to fast, i'd to change that but it won't compile on my system and the VBA-SDL is a bit hard to work with for me and I believe mappy won't run Commericial roms.
Metroid Zero Mission when it loads the global tileset it goes to the pointer table for the graphics and each little one has a different image and I need to see how it loads them sorry if that didn't make sense

So you're after a debugger? (Mappy doesn't run many commercial ROMs, but it will still disassemble them).

Admittedly VBA-SDL' CLI takes a bit of getting used to, but you can do anything that no$gba can do, plus more. Also, it's open source (and I think you'll find that compiling the SDL version is a lot easier than the Win32 version). If you've got specific questions, let me know.

Apart from that, there aren't really any other decent GBA debuggers that I've come across. Let me know if you do find one

There's also a GTK+ interface for VBA, but I don't think it includes debugging and cheating functions...

Can VBA-SDL trace or dump asm dumps to a file in ARM or Thumb?

VBA-SDL-H will do both - get the latest version here.
