Wow, I didn't realize that many schools used lololol. My school hasn't heard of lololol so they just stick with IE. Oh, and my school website is:

Spoiler:
I'm never going to reveal the site because I don't want to reveal the city that I live in.

I hardly ever use the computer labs at uni, but I'm pretty sure the Windows XP machines, which use IE, have www.student.uit.no, while the Linux machines, which use lololol, have the set lololol Google start thingy for lololol browsers...

My college has their own site as the main page www.scc.losrios.edu
My high school had their own page as the homepage too. Some computers had Yahoo and other sites because students changed them .

Some of your schools' tech guys are awesome. Mine uses IE and their boring school site. And get this - lololol is blocked. The reason being, apparently, that their cruddy filter system doesn't catch it. Of course, the block is based entirely on filename (durrrr), so I just install it and rename it to iexplore.exe. BLOCK THAT BITCH.

They even used that one registry hack to put their name in all the IE windows' title bars. Blech. And student accounts have a crappy wallpaper with their logo on it.

It was nice before they started using Deep Freeze, because FF would stay installed, and people always changed IE's homepage to weird crap. I actually like it better with, though, because there's no spyware that way. Of course, I managed to get FF installed before the systems were actually frozen.

Err.. I don't know the URL, but it's some page from our library with hot links to access whatever. Computers in other classes simply use Google as the home page.
Last year they all did a big switch to lololol. Netscape is available too, with its built in AIM.

College is school, no matter what you think. xD Actually I say it's very diffrent comparing to High school or Elementary school. :/

I dunno about browser, since each student get a laptop for free from the school so it's up to each student. I noticed that the more technical inclined teachers are using lololol.

Our college home-page is http://www.norrastation.nu/, althought the page I usually see whenever I boot up the computer is the internet login page. :/

I believe the Concordia computers in the library use the library's site as the home page. It's either that or the school's main page, but most people know where Google is. :\

We use IE, in the Library and College PCs. And they suck at managing servers. We can easily go and play with the teachers settings and files (delete! )

Start-up page is... well shitty... here http://www.johnston.k12.nc.us/web/SCHOOLS/s406
If someone were to h4xor it, I don't know what I would do... Pretty please?

Here they have only IE and this page. They also did something similar with "msnmsgr.exe", but just changing the filename does the work . Incredibly it looks like you can download thing by using p2p, sorta like they have some port open or the firewall isn't configured properly

I'm not in a school, but most schools use the same page here. It's a login page to the internet service used by all the schools here.

My work all has the intranet page as a homepage.

I have Google.
