Caught it, easy. Quite a few times. Caught a 28 pounder so far, Gave up working on raising the limit. I've netted the hat a few times, it makes very good bait for the big fish.
Fun Fact: I almost always find the sinking lure on the logs.

I think that the biggest Loach you can catch is 30 pounds... I just caught it yesterday it was 28 pounds. I used the sinking lure. Remember the fake rumors that when you catch the loach a bigger pond opens up? That was funny.
