I've been thinking of several game ideas and I thought it would be neat to make a game of Acmlm's board.

There's a huge final fantasy setting where only members of the board can log into. Once they log in, they spawn somewhere on the map and can interact with other members. You can beat eachother up elsewhere or look for monsters to kill.

The Void - Where the strong preys upon the weak
Acmlm Plaza - The main chatroom, no fights permitted. Run by 4 or 5 invulnerable AI guards that'll respawn, wielding powerful weapons.

The staff of these forums can be the first to get customized, the rest can wait it out or use default characters. I think I'll boost the stats of staff and some prominent members (like Sion, Alastor, Cymoro, Peardian etc).

The main issue is to figure out how to make Modem and TCP/IP connections work. So far, I've managed to make two of my computers intereact.

I'm also trying to figure out how the user can customise their own character in a separate folder and load it up online.
