Does anybody know me to say if some program that unlocks roms for them exists they could be edited in LunarMagic (If this question i in the wrong section, tell me where I should post my doubts, because my English i not very good)?

Meh, I have yet to see a case where anybody got anything out of a locked hack thanks to RLM. Nobody seems to mind, except those paranoid that their handiwork is going to be copied and redistrubuted. But anyone who would want to do that wouldn't know how.

Well, I may as well just say this now, you can make your ROM Hi-ROM format too, just open lunar magic, and press ctrl+shift+pagedown select okay, and walla you just turned your ROM into a high-ROM, (not sure if he added a way to turn it back, but I'll keep looking)

nope, this dialog is for expand to ExLoROM, I believe it was for testing lunar expand, because it can change LoROM to ExHiROM
