Too bad post numbers are meaningless! I could use the money...

I wanted to do something clever for my 1000th post. I hope this was a good substitute for something particularly clever.

What's sad is that about a quarter of my posts came as the result of the crazy spree of a week and a half ago. Just look at the activity graph in my bio, and that one really huge spike.

Damn, man. You're travelling down the post line at 88 miles per hour. Congratulations. Yeah, a good chunk of my posts came from the crazy sprees as well.

Yep. I haven't been as active, lately, though. Although I'm posting more than when I first joined the new incarnation.

Damn, I keep forgetting how bland the US dollar is. XD

If I got a dollar for each post here, I would been flooding a hidden forum with a auto-post script. :p

You have to be dead to go on money, those presidents weren't dead when that bill was designed, and now they're no longer being made.

Well, they weren't dead when the original was designed. I should point out, and it should be obvious to those of you with your wallets on hand (in the states), that this is in fact the new version of the $1000 bill. I decided to be up to date. I guess they decided not to change who was on it.

My graph looks normal.

That small gap was when my Harddrive died and I was inactive for 2/3 weeks.

I'm not even going to mention the fact that today or tomorrow Sky will eventually pass me in total post count.

I have quite a not tall graph:

It is however quite evenly-spaced and filled with posts that make more sense than most of the stuff that gets people to 5000 around here.

Why are we celebrating post count for such meaningless milestones?

Because we can.

And since we can, we should.

This is the law of nonsense.

My graph looks like it does for two reasons:

1. I only joined a few weeks ago.

2. During that time, I had one night with over 200 posts, but the rest of the time I was typically under 50 posts.

Pretty average I guess. That break in the beginning was from when I went to Washington got a week. And I have no idea what the really active part is. Probably winter break or something.

Anyway, congrats Skydude. You're really flying with posts. And amazingly, they aren't even spammy (sans those few spam nights...>8( )!

Just a little below average I guess.

You seem to have a fair amount of content in your posts, can't say that you don't deserve 1000 posts. Congrats.
