| Kire: Its about time I struck him, there goes my ShadowClone though.
The ShadowClone dissolves into shadow energy as Kire swiftly runs at Star. Kire: "ManySlash!" Kire bursts into a series of slashs, attempting to strike Star many times in succesinon. |

| Star ducks down in time to avoid a fatal strike from the first slash, but the sword rips into his shoulder and blood sprays acrss the ground. Star moved out of the way to avoid any other slashes.
Star: "Nicely done..." Star started to phase in and out of existance, in a matter of seconds, there were copies of Star all around Kire, all identical, and all putting out the same energy. |

| Kire: I can't identify him. They are all around, relatively close, I could use that. But without the charge it won't be too powerful, but at least it'll tell me if they are solid clones with decent toughness or just illusions trying to distract me.
Kire points his blade straight up in front of his face, cutting it in half, and chants a few words in holy tongue. Kire: "Holy Burst!" Holy energy radiates from Kire's body, nearly unavoidable at close range, but the power weakens and stops ten yards in all directions, using Kire's chest as a focal point. |

| The Stars began to circle around, getting out of range of the attack. Each one ran at incredible speeds, all in the same direction. After Kire's attack, they suddenly broke and Star came from above with a mighty slash.
Star: "You know what happens when you break the laws of physics?" |

| Kire: "You make dozens of off-time clones with you?"
Kire slashes back, Stars weight falling onto Kire's blade. Though it doesn't break, Kire falls to one knee, aware of his vulnerablity to the clones Kire: I'm going to have to protect myself from that onslaught. |

They faded away as Star lifted his sword and brought it down much harder than before, aiming at Kire's sword this time. |

| Kire: Going for my Sword, well, I can part with it. Few can wield its holy power without it backfiring.
Kire Let's go of the sword and jumps and rolls to the right, getting back facing Star and jumping towards him, unsheathing his Kodacis into a strike. Kire: "Ryuu Batsu!" |

| Star: "Seal of the Light, seal this power..."
Star didn't even pick up the sword before a seal was placed on it, sealing it's holy powers so Star could unleash them later with more power. Star grabbed the sword in his left hand and held his sword in his right. When Kire came at him, he stopped Kire's attack with his sword and thrusted Kire's sword at Kire's neck. |

| Kire: Darn, but it is an intelligent weapon. It was made so it could not harm me with its magic. I hope he can't break its mind, but its edge can still cut me. Either way, I'm proficent at fighting against its kind of blade.
Kire flips his left Kodaci in his hand and stops the blade while using his right blade to attempt to strike at Star's hand holding the weapon. |

| Star twisted down and around Kire, moving out of the way of Kire's attack and leaving both of his blades ready to strike. He slashed forward with his blade and from the side with Kire's.
Star's thoughts: "Holy power is so easily tainted... it's sad really..." |

| Kire: "My blade is not so easily corrupted, and neither am I."
Kire: He doesn't understand holy power, or my holy sword. But, one of those blades will strike me. Which one is my choice.. Kire catches Star's blades with both Kodacies, twisting with great force, holy power now eminating from the double blades, attempting to break the sword and/or disarm Star. Kire's blade slices into his side, holy power eminating from the wound as a defense from the holy blade, attempting to reach the blade's mind and break the seal. |

| Star's sword didn't break, but glowed pure black.
Star: "The seal of the darkness that I gave my sword so long ago... how much power have you gathered? How much suffering?" The darkness started to spread to Kire's swords and his body, it wasn't a simple darkness either. It seemed to ignore holy energy. Star: "When there is no hope, not even the light can pierce the dark." |

| Kire: I can feel the dark energy enveloping me, but it cannot stop me.
Kire attempts to move his arms and strike Star's hands, and they did in slow motion. Kire: This darkness, it has usurped some of my control of my own body. I can't react as quickly. This is looking bad... Kire whips his left leg directly towards Star's head. |

| Star let go of Kire's sword and grabbed Kire's leg. With inhuman strength he lifted Kire off the ground and spun twice before launching him into the air. Star let Kire fly upwards for a second as the darkness spread over them both and made a link. Suddenly, Kire's darkness disappeared and his normal holy energy returned; however, Star had wanted this to happen. The sudden pull between them acted like a magnet and Star flew towards Kire at an extreme speed. Star sliced at Kire as Star shot into the sky above Kire, the darkness completely fading from him and his sword. As if the world started to move in slow motion, Star flash stepped in the middle of the air, straight down to kick Kire. | |||

| Kire: Strong dark powers.
Kire falls straight to the ground from the kick and makes a huge crater. Kire: That took a lot out of me. I can't continue for long, I need to escape this area. My Sword... I'll have to activate my Soul Link and gain it back sometime in the future. Kire pulls out the Chaos Orb and throws it to his Side, opening a Chaos Gate. Kire: Even if Star went in with me, there is no sure thing that he will end up in the same area. The powers of Chaos work well sometimes. Kire moves his body towards the open Gate. |

| Star: "The messenger of the Gods bring law to the chaos and instill order in our land. Seal of Law! Form!"
Star had aimed at the Chaos Gate with this seal. It was meant to nulify the gate or bring order to it. Star: "If you want to fight me again, I suggest you become more versitile. Being stuck with holy powers is a weak point." Star landed gracefully on the ground and sheathed his sword. He watched Kire. |

| Kire: "Heh, nothing can stop the Chaos Gate. You sealed the wrong thing, you should have sealed the Orb. All you did was throw your Seal through the Gate."
Kire: Now, to project my Soul Link and move my Swords Soul into a new blade. I'll finish up with that once I get there. Nothing short of a god can destroy that Sword's Soul, since it came from a God's hand. Kire, with a burst of energy, flings himself through the Gate. OOC: Interesting Battle.  . |
