Kire forms an unreconizable stance... moving his right foot back diagnolly and holding his sword horizontally with his left hand right hand near the tip of the blade. Kire: "Since then, the multiverse has expanded and created many lives, and has killed many times more than those that exist today." |

Star lunged forward and when he was within a sword swing, flash stepped behind Kire and attempted and over head slash. Star: "We made both the light and the darkness." |

| Kire: Disappeared... area grab?
Kire: "Life is infected with the darkness. Pure is corrupted by the darkness." Kire uses his left leg as an anchor point and jumps forward, still taking the slash on his back but allowing him to turn around and... Kire: "Holy Arrows!" | Star deflects all but three of the arrows, none of them hit him in a critical spot, but he was bleeding. Star slashed forward and a wave of energy erupted from his sword at Kire. | |||

| Kire stops and slashes the wave, spliting it in half and moving his body down, dodging the top half while the bottom strikes his chest. The Holy Ground effect is now almost gone. Kire sheathes his sword and pulls into the Batsu stance, chanting in a holy tounge. | |||

| Star: "You're going to just use more holy energy...?"
Blood from Star's wounds circled in the air around him and formed a complex seal. The ground caved away and another seal was formed in the ground. Star: "The light has no effect on me, especially when I have no body!" The seals lit up and a bright light enveloped Star. When the light faded, all that was left was a shadow in the air where Star had been. |

| Kire: Great, I'm sure he's right about that. Time to pull out a gift from Zeron.
Kire, using his right hand, digs into his pocket and pulls out a small device. He pushes a few buttons and sticks it on his chest while still chanted in holy tongue. Kire: "Ryuu Faia! Shadow conversion!" Kire slashes and a burst of firey holy energy that quickly converts itself into Shadow energy emerges, no longer having an alignment and now holding the special properties of Shadow energy. It has a slight poison-like Paralyzation effect and it tunes in on an opponents energy signiture allowing it to follow it, though it doesn't turn very quickly. |

| The shadow that was Star vanished to the normal eye. He had flash stepped, faster than before.
Star: "With no body, I'm not limited by simple things such as G-force." Star did a spinning low kick, his goal was to knock Kire off balance and hopefully to the ground. |

Kire gets struck by the kick without enough time to get ready for the shock, shoving him off-balance Kire: ...good. He's fast, really fast. The Shadow energy should tune it on him and follow him around. Arg, I can't throw another Shadow attack until that one has run its course, and that energy will ignore everything, flowing through solid objects, energy, and just about any other hinderence except time fluctuations. Guess I'll have to wait until it strikes him. For now, I've got to find a way to strike him.. Kire regains his balance quickly, though he still appears to be off-balance, hoping to fake out his opponent into attempting to take advantage of the moment and allow Kire to try a slash with his enchanted sword. Kire: I hope the enchantment within the sword can slice him in this form. It is arcane of origin, so it shouldn't miss because its holy or something. The Shadow energy makes a wide turn and starts moving towards Star yet again. |

| Star didn't bother to follow up with his attack. He noticed the energy attack and put Kire between him and the attack. He also gave himself enough distance that if it went through Kire or around him, he'd have time to move out of the way. | |||

| Kire: Hmm... he must be planning something...
Kire starts focusing Holy energy into his blade directly. Kire: Time to test my holy strength... The Shadow energy goes straight through Kire who now still faces Star without damage and still streaks towards Star. It's turning is still horrid, however. |

| Star flash stepps above Kire and brings his heel down, aiming to crack Kire's skull if he isn't careful. Star has no exp Star: "I can defeat you while that attack is still in the air." |

| Kire leaps forward as soon as Star disappeared, dodging most of the attack as he is still hit in his back, but continues forward and turns around, activating his magic.
Kire: "A little White Magic, Hastaga!" Kire is enveloped in white time magic as the effect takes place. |

| Star: "It isn't going to help. Unless you're as fast as me, you won't be able to dodge effectively."
Star looked and saw the blast of shadow energy still coming at him. He waited until the last second this time, which hid him from Kire, and then flash stepped at Kire, this time coming from behind him with a type of rocketing kick aimed at Kire's back. |

Star's attack strikes Kire as Kire moves forward, still getting struck but Star not pushing him forward but instead sliding along his back. Kire: Haste doesn't stack though, I need something... anything... Kire recalls the Shadow Energy by quickly pushing a button and the Shadow Fire retreats into Kire's blade. Kire: I almost forgot I could do that. Now... |

| Star used his speed to do something else, a little more dnagerous. He hit the ground right next to Kire at his incredible speed, creating a wave of shrapnel that exploded in every direction.
Star: "Do something or you're just going to die." |

| Kire: "Heh... ShadowClone!"
A Shadow Image of Kire appears in front of him. Kire: "Let's do this..." Kire and the ShadowClone jump up high, avoiding most of the shrapnel by slicing with their swords. Kire: "Now, Double Batsu!" Both Kires sheath their swords and land near Star, stepping forward with great speed and both slashing, creating a twin vaccume as they slash a second time. Kire: Well, there goes my Shadow Converter. It won't work anymore, once I've used it for something other than a Conversion |

| Star saw the attack coming a mile away and thought of a perfect counter. He changed back to normal and a bright green seal appeared under his feet while both of them were still in the air.
Star: "Winds that shape the earth! Seal of the Wind! Break!" As they landed and slashed a tornado appeared around Star, distorting their vacuum and trying to consume them. |

| Kire: Wind...
Kire and the ShadowClone leap back, though getting pulled back. The ShadowClone uses its strength to fling the real Kire out away from the tornado as the ShadowClone is sucked in. The ShadowClone is within the tornado, trying to shield himself from outside attacks but still getting damaged by the wind. Kire: "Come on, survive that..." Kire focuses Divine Energy and casts a spell... Kire: "Divine Wind!" Holy energy surges around the ShadowClone as its skin is repaired (No longer bleeding) and hardens with holy magic. |

| Star struck out with his sword so that he'd hit the shadow clone directly with his sword if it was still caught up in the whirl wind. As he did it though, the tornado dispelled itself. |
