I have tried many of what I think they are pallets, but none of them turn up accurate results, and I wanna do a hack, but If I can't find the pallets its not going to be much of a hack.

I have had no experience with Bucky O'Hare whatsoever, but I have found from looking at the insides of NES games that the pallettes for most of these are in the form OF XX XX XX OF XX XX XX and so on. (OF represents the transparent color, sometimes this is a different color, though.) 'Course, this may be hell to locate with a hex editor.

What I would suggest is that you use a program called NES Pallette Editor, which will display the ROM code and any corresponding colors byte for byte. I would'nt make changes with it or save, but it's great for looking and locating what you need to change with a separate hex editor. All else failing, you could try using a ROM corrupter such as Corrupster. Zophar's Domain has both these programs on hand in their General Utilities sections somewhere.

Hope that makes the looking a little easier. Take care...

I actually sought different help, I learned that FCEUXD has a PPU Viewer, thank you anyways though.
