This is the free Linux game guide. This is where you can find all sorts of interesting Linux games that you may or may not have heard of before. I'll start with all the games I have and if anyone wants to add more to the list, then just post and do so. Hopefully this will be successful and be stickied or something.

Arcade
Briquolo - Biquolo is a breakout style game using OpenGL (Screenshot)
Chromium - Chromium is a bottom-to-top scrolling shooting game. (Screenshot)
Frozen Bubble - You need this game. (Screenshot)
I Have No Tomatoes - Bomberman-type game. Pretty fun. (Screenshot)
Breakout2 - A breakout game. (Screenshot)
Noiz2sa - Bottom-to-top scrolling came. HORRIBLY addictive.(Screenshot)
Project: Starfighter - Sidescrolling spaceship game. Pretty professionally done.(Screenshot)
XGalaga - GALAGA!!! ^^(Screenshot)
XJump - You jump... up the tower... very addicting.(Screenshot)

First Person Shooter
Alien Arena 2006 - Kinda like Quake 3 + UT2004 + Aliens. Very well done.(Screenshot)
Cube - Basic FPS engine. It runs well and it doesn't look *too* bad. It's fun, though.(Screenshot)
Enemy Territory - It's ID, so you know it's good. This is one of the best free games ever.(Screenshot)
Legends - It's ok. Kind of good. Has some neat features like jetpacks.(Screenshot)
Warsow - Cell shaded FPS. Not bad gameplay.(Screenshot)

Puzzle
LTris - Two words: Tetris. Awesome.(Screenshot)
Monsterz - Bejewelled clone. It's not bad.(Screenshot)
Pingus - Lemmings! WITH PENGIUNS!(Screenshot)

Real Time Strategy
Globulation 2 - Kinda like Command & Conquer except some very noticable differences and with blobby things.(Screenshot)
Lincity-NG - SimCity 2000-like game.(Screenshot)
The Battle For Wesnoth - RTS/RPG. Very nice. Very professionally done. I HIGHLY recommend this game.(Screenshot)

RPG
The Mana World - FREE MMORPG! This is what you want! Ok. It's not THAT great, but it's MMO and still kinda fun.(Screenshot)

I'll stop here for now. I'll add more later.

Kind of misleading saying Linux as most of thoose games have a Windows binary download. I would just say "Free games", free as in freedom.

Cube.

Now that's a fun game! I like the map editor in it.

Couldn't we have this thread be for Freeware Games for all platforms instead of just Linux? I feel that would be better and add to more people wanting to contribute to this thread...
