| No way dude, my friend has had a bowflex for a few months now and he is gettin some fast results. The advantage is that you have to stabalize yourself, if your just liftin heavy weight on it and wobbling all over the place your gonna hurt yourself.
Also I eat alot of meat, and vegetables. I dont really diet but I try to eat healthy enough to have energy to work out with. |

Yeah, but my muscles can't get "ripped"  Ergo a judgement would merely be based on strength rather than appearance and my diet is aimed at allowing me to exercise enough to just bulk up on muscle, even if I can't get ripped =P |
