Where can I get a working title screen editor, preferably in English?
I have one that has the URL "http://betaworld.hp.infoseek.co.jp" in the main window and is in Japanese.
I can save the title screen, but it produces raw data which I do not know how to insert into the ROM. I'd like to know either how to use this, or where to get one that works better! Thanks..

Use Tile Layer Pro. If it doesn't work, go to zophar.net and find some stuff.

Tile Layer Pro wouldn't be as useful as a full blown title screen editor, due to the fact that the tiles aren't arranged very friendly in the pattern table.

Not to mention TLP won't let you rearrange tiles, so you'd be stuck having that same old logo, just with different graphics.

Not exactly, it takes work when I make it. I'm not good at making it but Mana's is the best one than beta's or even my hex editor.
