In Pokemon Red/Blue, I can't seem to find any docs for TM hacking; I need to change a few moves around, including compatability. Hell; I can't even find the offsets for these little buggers. Any help would be appreciated!

Then why reply?

In answer to the topic, I looked around my vast repository of pokémon hacking documents (I downloaded tons of documents on the game, and archived a lot of posts from forums), but nobody appears to have found out how to change this. I daresay it would be easy to find out though, using a debugger.

1) Find the location in memory for a Pokemon's moves.
2) Put a write breakpoint on the location, and if the debugger has some kind of tracer, activate it.
3) Use the TM, and the debugger should snap (hopefully)
4) Look back through the executed code to find the ID of the move that is associated with the TM.
5) Post it on the internet so others can use the data.

That's what I would do.
