Must have been dead tonight, I left almost 4 hours before the end of ACS in 5th, and finished in 5th. 
Doesn't surprise me that Skydude is winning, but Kirbynite came out of nowhere. |

| Part of it is the SF, this is true. But part is also that Kirb has started posting other places, albeit occasionally...and every little bit helps.

| In all due fairness, yes. But...as I mentioned many times before, some people don't have the creativeness to post there effectively. It just wouldn't be fair to those people that the story forumers can easily get posts. The ACS would become a one-sided affair. Either you're a story forumer and get a lot of posts and a high ranking, or you're not. Yes, there are forums that other people don't have the resources to post in (IE: the ROM Hacking forum), but the Story Forum is an extreme case due to the number of posts possible.
But we're starting to sound like a broken record now ("SF is damaging the ACS/post economy...SF has more content...some people can't post due to lack of creativity...it doesn't take much creativity, just join in...you fail to realize not everybody can think like you...(REPEAT)"). | Oh, the story forum's style can indeed be incredibly silly, there's no doubt about that. Whether or not it's worth doing depends on one's individual preferences. Just as rom hacking isn't for everything, neither is the SF. | |||

Why does everyone care so much about how many posts SFers get 
They're doing their own thing, just like hackers in SMW do their own thing, etc etc. Just because it's been active in there lately doesn't mean they're all spamming, they just have more things to post in. Who cares if Kirbynite and Skydude are winning ACS, jesus christ. |

| Well, I will have several hours to post after I get home. My flight gets in at 6, and give a few hours for getting home and getting dinner, I doubt I'll win, but it's not like I'll be gone ALL day. |
