| Urgh! Everytime I move my mouse, play a media file, or watch something these tasks preform in a choppy way. I checked my memory usage and it's at 50 to 53%. I don't know how I could make my computer faster. Any help would be great. | |||

| Do you delete Cookies and history? Maybe that will help.
I also remember being told to run Disk De-fragmenter or something. |
