| The discovery of Pokemon was made in Okinawa, Japan, about ten years ago, and they have now become a large part of the community there. Because of this, many children and adults collect them, some to keep as pets, others to use in battle. Of course, as seen in Kanto, Johto and Hoenn, there are always people who want to use Pokemon for evil deeds. Various sitings of Team Rocket members have been reported, and they seem to be acting very suspiciously.
Of course, this is none of our business for now, as we have only just started our Pokemon adventure. Rules ----- You cannot be any of these people: Ash Ketchum, Misty, Brock, Jessie, James, Butch, Cassidy or any other freak from the anime show! All people who do this will be asked to leave the RP. This includes having a Pokemon which is able to speak as a human would (No Team Rocket Meowth clowns in other words). It is okay to have a psychic Pokemon speak telepathically You cannot start off with an obviously rare, powerful Pokemon, like any of the one chance only Pokemon. If you are going to be part of Team Rocket, please do not act like the idiots of the anime. They now use guns and proper weapons to commit their evil deeds. They don't go "blasting off again" if you defeat them either. Pokemon do not level up and gain stats like in the games. They start with all the attacks given on the Pokemon list at the site, but you obviously can't use powerful attacks like Hyper-Beam over and over again. Maximum of 6 pokemon in a team. Name: Ryan Sakawa Age: 16 Gender: Male Physical Description: Black t-shirt, black jeans, black trainers, basically covered in black clothing. Has quite short brown hair, blue eyes, is around 5' 7". Pokemon owned: Kadabra (Psychic; Male; Confusion, Psy Beam, Reflect, Recover) Pikachu (Electric; Female; Quick Attack, Double Team, Thunder Bolt, Thunder) Haunter (Ghost, Poison; Male; Hypnosis, Lick, Shadow Punch, Confuse Ray) Misdreavus (Ghost; Male; Psywave, Astonish, Confuse Ray, Psybeam) Banette (Ghost; Male; Screech, Will-O-Wisp, Faint Attack, Shadow Ball) Ryan steps out into his back yard, letting out all of his Pokemon. He takes a big wiff of the fresh morning air, listens to the sweet chirping of a nearby flock of pidgey. He is just about to get ready to relax when he hears a commotion in the field right outside his front door. He returns his Pokemon to their Pokeballs except his Haunter, and rushes through his house to see what was going on. He steps out just to have a near miss from a Charmander's flamethrower attack. Looks like a battle was taking place. He looks over and sees his other friends watching, cheering the Charmander on. He hurries over to meet them. (ooc: Que entry of others) |

That's impossible! How could I lose that miserably!?" Atsuko, the Okinawa Gym Leader, with Pokemon of the Fire type, clutched his head as he shouted to Kazuma in defeat. "You wiped me out with just one Pokemon! That Milotic is too strong!" Kazuma just rolled his eyes. "Alright, whatever, Hairpiece. Hand over the badge." Atsuko just glared at Kazuma. "I... I'M NOT BALD!" He shook with rage, and all of a sudden, his oupee floated to the ground, and he gaped at his embaressment. "F-f-fine! Take your lousy badge! I hope Team Rocket screws you over real good, too! You punk!" Kazuma turned around, with his Gardevoir at his side, and walked off, catching the flame shaped badge that Atsuko tossed him. "Whatever, Baldy; go and train some more." As Kazuma was exiting the gym, he saw a few people over the hill outside of the arena. "Wonder who that is..." *que the new people* |

| Kazuma saw the fight about to go down, and laughed to himself, as he looked at his Gardevoir.
"Think we should show 'em how a real trainer battles?" She looked at Kazuma thoughtfully. "Of course; this could be quite fun," she communicated. Her telepathic thought processes could be picekd up by only the one she was reaching out to, and eve though her lips never moved, Kazuma knew what she was saying. "Luna; break up that fight. Two on one sounds nice." She nodded, and her crimson eyes began to glow. As she projected her psychokinetic energy at the Quilava and Haunter combatents, they flew up into the air, hovered, then collided to each other, with the psychic eneries smashing with each other. The Haunter was sent spiraling away, and the Quilava was thrown into the tree. "Who wants a real fight? Bring it on, you punks! Two on one! Let's go!" |

| Ryan reaches out to shake Zeke's hand, but is interupted as his Haunter is blasted away. "Haunter! Who the fuck did that!?" His Haunter floats back to him, horror spread across his face. "Now I see why you don't like fighting..." Ryan lets his Kadabra out. He begins to sense for the Pokemon that pulled off the attack, and soon after points with his spoon at the Gardevoir. "Damn cheap shot. Psybeam!" Kadabra holds both of his palms out, concentrating for a short moment. Suddenly a huge Psybeam blasts out of his hands at Kazuma's Gardevoir. | |||

| The psychic upon psychic energies had little effect, as her aura was powerful enough to repel the blast away from her. She then decided upon a direct course of action, and Meditated for several seconds, utilizing a Calm Mind, and then began to dance in place. As she twirled, electrical energy danced with her, as her whie robe flowed with her discrete movements, and as she ended with a deft bow and crossed legs, a gigantic bolt of electricty lowed from her arms and into the body of the Kadabra, attempting to shock it into submission.

Attack that Gardevoir and try to corrdanate yout attacks with Ryans kadabra Blade -- Sci *Then Scisor Rockets twords the Gardevoir and hits it right square in the Chin* SCISOR! you will pay for your Insult to Blaze!! | Luna was preoccupied, and didn't notice the attack coming, as she was hit hard in the jaw, knocking her backwards. SHe was injured, as crimson blood oozed from her mouth, and she got up and wiped it off. Kazuma put his hand on her shoulder. "Hang back for a while; Mori's gonna handle this, alright?" She noodded, and floated back behind Kazuma. He picked off a Pokeball, and tossed it onto the ground, and the gigantic Sceptile appeared with a roar. "Morikemono! I need you to Fire Power that Scizor!" IT nodded, and the yellow balls on its back glowed a redish color, and he fired them off his back in a pattern that would not miss the Scizor, since its speed was relatively low since its evolution from Scyther. The balls were red hot, and were sure to be incredibly effective against a bug and steel type. 4x weaknesses like that are a bitch. | |||

BLADE LOOK OUT USE SWORD DANCE BUT SPIN COUNTER-CLOCKWISE then as the attack hits blade is Swirls around him then Dissapates ... though the attack was Deflected the attack part of it still hit Blade wounding him gratly and Welding his left claw Shut Blade are you ok? | (ooc: Okay from now on, if auto-hitting takes place, just read:
"I hit Pikachu" as "I attempt to hit Pikachu" And replace the "hit" with any other form of attack and the "Pikachu" with any other person/Pokemon.) Kadabra is shocked, but still seems perfectly fine. "Kadabra! Recover!" A white light goes over Kadabra briefly. When Kadabra is revealed again, he seems completely up to fighting, as if no damage had been done to him. "Now! Confusion!" Kadabra sends an almost invisible wave of psychic energy at Gardevoir, which will cause basic psychic damage and possibly confusion. |

BIC: Confusion is a weak attack; after the Calm Mind, the Gardevoir shrugged it off, and basically ignored it like a gust of wind. That's how I would make it a not auto-hit.) Ryan is about to say a command but Kadabra is already ahead of him. He is lifted up off the ground, but just before he can be slammed into the tree he casts barrier, causing only the damage from being throttled around, no impact damage. When he is released, he feels slightly disorientated, but snaps out of it quickly. "Kadabra, use psy beam on the ground near Gardevoir to explode it!" The Kadabra does so, causing no less then 20 pieces of sharp rock to fly at Gardevoir at very high speeds from very close range. |
