If you're comparing #twilightro and #shit (#acmlm is dead).. they both have a good amount of activity, and you shouldn't decide which to go to based on that. They both have a lot of Acmlmers, but are almost entirely different communities.
Just feel them out. It won't be hard for you to figure out which one is more suited for you. They're different.

This better not lead to any flames. If you think one is better than the other, just stay out of the other channel and keep it to yourself.

And yes, I do happen to visit other networks than Emunet, so i'm not attacking people who happens to visit emunet. And the quote thread is a expection, it's universal.

I think I am misunderstanding. You shouldn't really be advertising any IRC network outside of this forum anyway. It'd be annoying to have every post in General Gaming consist of links to various places, rather than having any sort of discussion.

I don't know the exact rules, and I don't know why you're bugging me about this (though I could take a good guess). What if ailure got his eyes poked out by goats and roosters? I just don't know, and I don't see a situation where you'll have to advertise shit in a post.
Just put it in your sig or whatever. It'll be fine.
