It doesn't have a GUI, you must run it from the CLI. Anyway since this sounds like a typical Windows user's problem, I'll give you a hint: Start->Run->cmd.exe. Read up about basic MS-DOS commands if you're confused about navigating to the directory where RLM is.

Or, just use CD [directory], going through layers and layers until you reach the one RLM is in. Whichever way works.

I also won't like to flame, but more and more people ever seem not to know that the roots of computer/programming, sincte they are not colorful boxes with huge buttons like "Click here to get a program which does whatever you want just by clicking this!".

Linux users anyway (should) know how to operate command line applications and stuff.
And even in RLM's readme it is covered how to use it. It really isn't too hard to do this, just a little figuring out oneself.

Yes, the power of Linux lies in the flexible command line. However, a lot of distros nowadays are trying to hide the command line, or at least weaken its power. For example, I've heard that Ubuntu doesn't allow you to log in as root, you have to do sudo instead. What if I need to do something underneath the hood in a command line as root, to access certain files? I can't. However this was completely offtopic, so...

If you can't figure out how to use the command line, don't use RLM.

Eh... isn't giving you a root shell exactly what sudo does?

But yeah, being the elitist I am, I honestly detest of people who want to be hackers before knowing how to operate the command line or use a hex editor. Sure, they learn it earlier or later, but every now and then, I noticed some people showing up who call themselves hackers and have the arrogancy to freak out at everything that has a command line interface in an "IT IS NOT WORKING! GET THIS SHIT OUTTA MY EYES BECAUSE IT IS TOO LOW FOR MY LEETSKILLZ!" fashion. Though the definition of "hacker" generally is taken very loosely on this board.
