| Yes, I'll give it a shot.
My favorite Reboot character was adult Enzo. That one eye... wicked... Eh, it'd be Vegeta, and I'd make him blow random shit up for a few hours, then watch him do my laundry and laugh the entire time. After that, I'd have him destroy some more random shit, then make me dinner by taking a fish and blasting it with some sort of beam weapon so that it's charred and ready to eat. He'd also have to give my kitties baths. |

| Lately I have been in a depressive mood. Over-thinking myself into problems and situations and simply trying to predict and figure out what I should do.
But Monday it all came down to a realization that I should change. The thing is, Sept/05 I said the same thing. And I did try to change but some issues arose and I reverted back to where I was, depressive. Now, I am trying to live happy. My question is, is living life happy and optimistic simply a way to not face the real life? I am refering to a situation where I love a girl who does not love me. We are friends but ever since December our friendship has hit the roads and has been an unpleaseant ride. The reason I had the realization ( epiphany) I mentioned earlier was due to the fact that I read a letter she gave me on Sept. Which is when I first tried to change and was doing a good job. I realized that if one were to read the letter she gave me, you wouldn't be able to believe the situation I am. I am in belief that maybe I have fallen out of her grace of her opinion has changed due to the fact that I became morbily serious, and over-thinking and complexing my life. I have been reject by this girl several times. I am not giving myself an illusion though. I know that things look bleak but I do know that maybe something lies deep within her heart. Several signs point to a 'yes' or 'maybe' I am just afraid that she may have been turned off by what I became in the past months. Basically. Am I putting up false hope? I am in a good mood, my thoughts are not filled with worried. I am simply letting life lead me on, and not forcing things to happen. This is how I will handle things now. Even this situation. I am just asking your opinion to know if you are in support of me having some hope or if you think I am simply being stupid and fooling myself. Whew, real sorry for the long read Grey. Thoughtless: Not at all man, these are good questions you're asking. However, you've been rejected by her as you've said, "several times". What you have to ask yourself is why you've been rejected. Why you've been rejected is key, there's always a reason. You don't need to change yourself for someone though, it's not worth not being yourself for someone you think you love. It's much better to be yourself and be happy with the life you have than to change. Believe me, I know. I changed a lot for someone, and it was a bad decision. When I say be happy with the life you have, I do mean be optimistic, but you can't get your hopes up about someone who has rejected you before more than once. In a lot of cases, no does mean no. I don't want to pull the wool over your eyes on this one: Chances are you're not going to have that much luck unless SHE changes. Alternatively, if you really do want to pursue things, there are several things you need to look out for. You say that there are signs that point to a yes or a maybe. What signs are these? Are they becoming more prevalent? Does it really have that much to do with your becoming terrifyingly serious, or does it have more to do with the fact that you're thinking too hard about being morbidly serious? This is a very strange line of logic, I know, but still, a lot of the time people are turned off by people who are paranoid about their very thought processes. If there's any kind of change you should consider, it should be that you need to clean up your ghost fears. You know, the irrational fears that you really don't need to worry about... They're just ghosts. Don't believe in them. Sky: You're just sour 'cause everyone else is rich and pimped out in Dragon armor. And come on, I DID give the announcement for everyone to stop spamming when it was over... |

| I'm not JUST upset that everyone is pimping it out with full dragon gear...but yes, I am somewhat upset with that. Especially since I was largely responsible for trying to start people being more active posting, and Xkeeper just used that start to start his happy hour...as with some of my relations with various previously socially awkward girls, I feel I did the work and someone else got the reward. | |||
