Time... space... It was unknow how and why it happened... but throught some kind of twisted circumstances, a single being got stuck in a Dimensional Anomaly... "Hahaha... you aren't going anywhere." taunted the rather small and delicate frame of a male Lunar Dragon. He looked like nothing more than a sky-blue snake with a dragon's head, small arms, small legs, and three pairs of gigantic bat-like wings. Truly, he was more cute than fearsome... but appearances... are not to be trusted. "Now that you got in my home... you shall entertain me! Go on! Do something! I'm bored..." continued the dragon in a mocking tone, his green piercing eyes staring into his victim's eyes... |

| Mel looked at the dragon, not saying anything. She reached out to gather the magic power around her.
Mel: "I've... heard stories about your kind..." Mel could feel the power all around her now and she started to look around. Mel: "If you're bored, maybe you should learn a new skill?" |

| The dragon rolled his eyes.
"Pah! I tought you were going to try and get out of here so that I could taunt you as you tried in vain!... but well, since you're soooo insistant..." the dragon dived into a nearly mass of strange energy... The world begun to twisted around Mel and suddenly, everything had changed... FLASH! For some strange reason, the sky melted... and then, as everything melted away, everything begun to reassemble itself and Mel found herself inside of a jungle of some sort... A very strange jungle filled with lots of unfamiliar noises and creatures... For exemple, the insects were abnormally huge around here... and the species were unfamiliar... This place... seemed somewhat... prehistoric? "SSSsssssSSSLAAAAR!" some kind of creature hissed loudly! Something moved in the bushes surrounding Mel... three figures... somewhat humanoid and yet, somewhat reptile-like, are running around her in circles... | Mel: "An induced vision...or is this real? Regardless, that dragon won't let me out until he is done..."
Mel held the sword in front of her and fire flooded onto it. She also put a fireball in her hand and got ready to fight. Mel: "I apologize... for having to take your life..." Mel rushed into the bush, sending fire out all around her and slashing towards all three figures with a very fluid motion. As soon as she struck out at them, she jumped up and onto a tree branch and looked cautiously around. |

| The fire struck flesh obviously becease of the sound.
The target was clearnly cut in two by the sword and was dead before it even reached the ground. The remains burned off rather quickly... Soon enough, the two remaining figures begun to scream, panicked, as Mel's attack caused a fire to start up... and since this is a jungle, pretty much everything act as combustible... which means that unless the flames are put out, the arena will soon turn into an inferno! The two figures jumped out of the bushes and revealed themselves to be lizard men. They frantically jump around, eyes widened and all. | Mel could feel the creatures magic and already started on her next move. She took the moisture out of the air and douse the fire while keeping her guard up. After the fire was doused, she turned the water into ice needles and forced the needles at the other lizard men, aiming at the neck and heart.
Mel: "This might be a problem... I should stop using fire..." |

| The moisture being took out of the air, the lizard man's magic was cancelled out. It stood there, starting to panic like it's counterpart... until...
SLASH!SLASH!SLASH! A flurry of small ice blades pierced throught the tough scales of his friend and the lizard man dropped, instantly dead. The lizard man slowly ducked, sniffed his counterpart, shook him a bit... and finally realised that he had been killed. The lizard man glared at Mel, his eyes speaking of hatred... and then, roaring loudly, the reptile decided to forget about magic. | Mel side stepped and brought her blade gracefully towards the lizard man's throat and sliced. If she hit, she would've slit his throat. After her move, she landed on the ground and took a defensive stance. | |||

| Mel's attack struck it's target.
The lizard man's throat was cut wide open and the lizard man fell, instantly dead. | Mel stabbed her sword into the earth. All around her small spikes of earth stood about an inch off the ground. As soon as someone stepped on one, it would spring up about 5 feet, stabbing through them if they weren't prepared.

| The sounds are getting closer... and then suddenly, out of the bushes, an extremely large and ugly lizard man jumps out!
He was at least three times Mel's size and his red scales were covered with green markings. He was also wielding a weapon, some kind of primitive staff, unlike all the other lizard men Mel had faced... | Mel looked at the lizard man and let fire flow onto her blade. She jumped forward, landing in front of the lizard men, then did three slashes, one at the staff itself, pausing to let fire leak out, another at the body of the lizard man as a distraction, then the final one was a leathal thrust towards the yellow lizard man.
Mel: "Grace is the true power of swordsmanship." |

| OFF: Sorry for the late reply...
____________________________________________________________________ The red lizard man leaped out of the way of each strike gracefully... but when the fire leaked out, he was burnt a little bit and roared in a mix of pain and rage. As for the yellow lizard man... well, the single attack it received was enough to kill it. The larger lizard man stood there, nervous at the sight of it's dead partner. It seemed as if he had been impressed by his foe's combo... and after a while, it decided to counter-attack! | OoC: No problem, glad to have you back. I'd rather you be late than never post again.
Mel stabbed her sword into the ground, maintaining her balance, without leaving her open in the air, the big lizardman was probably expecting it anyways. Mel: "Ice Needles!" Mel held her hand towards the giant lizard shaman and small ice needles shot from it, aiming at all the shaman's critical organ. A direct attack with two many could cause a massive blood loss that would go very slow and painful, or instant death. Of course, it is just ice after all. OoC: This will be interesting when we get further along, especially near the Ex beings assuming I make it that far. I'm also planning on a new story, but I want you to be in control of the villian and of course join with your own characters. I will discuss it with you when I can think of it further. |

| OFF: The problem was that:
1- Nobody replied to their challenges (you're the only one) so I thought everyone had lost interest... ... but more importantly... 2- Well, I'm busy lately... so I had no time for the board. Anyway... another story? Good! I like stories... well, that was random. I do look forward to seeing your character face "Ex" beings... although, rest assured, it will take a while before making it there. I'll also check the RP forum and see if there are stories in which it would be worthwhile for me to post or if, better yet, the old stories have been resumed. ____________________________________________________________________ Suddenly, large spikes of rock pierced through the surface of the ground and intercepted the ice blades! | OoC: Yeah, I know its random, because as soon as you returned I thought "Hey, Zerodius was always good at playing the villian and does a much better job at it then I do, maybe he'll agree!"
And yeah, I'm technically grounded right now, I shouldn't be on, but I am. Mel: "Stone Shield!" A huge pillar of stone rose right under Mel, sending her about ten feet into the air, giving her a good vantage point for her next attack, which she started preparing. She found the weak points in the lizard shaman's skull and watched them carefully, she'd have to aim at an instant kill if she wanted to end this easily without wasting more energy. Combining Flight and some quick strikes, she should be able to rip through the shaman, next chance she had. |

| The massive ground spikes smashed against the shield... but it seemed like Mel's magic was superior to the lizard man's.

Winds circled around Mel, sending her into a spin in mid air. She stopped spinning and small green wings appeared on her back. She took off towards the shaman at an incredibly fast speed, aiming her sword with thrusts through the eyes, the temple, and the back of the head as she passed. The wings disappeared and she landed on the ground. |

| The lizard man continued to chant words when he received a blade right between the eyes, which interrupted him. Then, the blade struck the temple, and then the back of the head.
The lizard man stumbled, whimpering in pain and bleeding badly from the strikes... and collapsed, dead. The storm clouds slowly disappeared... and yet, there was an ominous feeling... The Lunar Dragon's voice echoed in the air... "So... begging for mercy yet? Yeah! I bet you're sorry now! Mel started to prepare a defence in case another lizardman leaped out at her. Another Stone Shield would work, but a Flood would set her up for more moves. Mel: "You will let me out of here soon, I know you will." |
