Everyone knows people break the speed limit, but how bad have you broken it?

How fast have you driven on the roads?

The fastest has been around 90 mph.

Only because I was distracted and didn't realize how fast I was going.

I tend to follow the speed limit, for safety and lawful reasons.

Ehn, I've gone 40 on a 25 road once, and theres this one road in particular thats 40 but for whatever reason, I always seem to go 50. Usualy if I break the limit at all, it'll be by abut 5 miles, if even. I try to drive safely so I tend not to go above whenever possible

My fastest is about 90 mph, because that's how fast traffic goes on freeways around here. IF you go 65, which is "standard" on freeways, you'll get run over. It's not really speeding as long as you're not obviously going faster than all the other cars.

It was fuuuuunnnn going 90.

Only drove a car once... and I didn't speed because if I did my dad would have yelled at me...

And he lead me to a driveway with lots of holes. Nice work on his part...

So... under 60 mph is what I voted on...

~110 mph is the fastest I've driven so far. But I drove around 90mph the whole way home from Columbus to Cleveland on I-71

I've pushed 100 before, but the highways here are usually too busy for that. Probably not anymore ever since I got the 75% Bullshit Ticket.

110mph. This was on country roads on a Dodge Neon. It was kinda fun watching the odometer go up the way it did.

Highest I ever went on more "public" roads was 95. I got caught once and that was all it took...luckily I slowed down but they caught me as 76 in a 55 when I was going around 90 when I saw the cops.

I wound up going 94 mph by accident in my Chevy Cavalier while driving through West Virginia. The speed limit on the highways is 70, so I was of course driving that and then some, and I didn't realize how fast I was going until I noticed that I was coming up on the car ahead way too quickly.

Well, we use kilometres here.

The fastest speed limit they have here is 110 on rural roads. I drove 160kmph to a friend's place.

I tried to do a conversion, but I don't know if this is right... 100mph.

Same here and because I'm still a learner, I've been good and only done about 95km in an 80 zone. I don't know what it is, but I'm always .. I guess scared that if I do drive over the limit that a police car is going to pop out of nowhere and book me I think I'm just really paranoid

Crossed 100 going down a straight-path, downhill, in an '89 Hyundai Excel. After passing 60, ya' could feel every mile an hour. Thing felt like it was gonna come apart around 85. That was several years ago...and the car has died since.
