that doesn't slightly distort the graphics like Kega Fusion (trying to do some nice shiny graphic rips, see). If it also had the benefit of not sucking that'd be good too.

Only one I ever used was MEKA, mostly because of the GG emulating aspect of it. Aside from that, I'm not seeing many that stand out but MEKA did the job fine for me when I used it back whenever.

Dunno if it's going to help you in sprite rips, though.
