...heh. ALSO OF NOTE: That site doesn't use a single br anywhere. 
There is one table, used to give the border and various backgrounds (top/bottom marin area, marin bg), and divs used when there needs to be special backgrounds (e.g. quotes, errors)... also, span (for different color information, e.g. views/time) and font (namecolors). And it shows. The online list is only 5kB... ...and renders at about 1/7th the speed of the normal one.
