| On my quest to play old PsX RPGs, my 1st stop is Thousand Arms.
I'm about an hour into it, and its hard to say if I'll really like it or not. The battle system is intresting, since you fight monsters one at a time and you need to have your best fight up in the front and the rest of the chars are in the back for support. |

| I could never get into it, it was just a rental though, and it was a while ago, but I don't remember anything great about it... nothing all that bad either though.
Wild Arms is pretty cool though. |

| Thousand Arms is one of the "dating sim" derived type game that got me perked into playing it--that and Ayumi Hamasaki did the theme song for the Japanese version. The game is different and a very rare game as well.
Wild Arms is also a good game, so is Suidoken, but discussion for those games are for different threads, yeah? So, Anya, how did you pick up this game? |

| Wait. Thousand Arms is a dating sim RPG? Is this like the affection system found in games like Star Ocean: TTEoT and the .Hack games, or is this more dating-simish while still being an RPG, like in the third Full Metal Alchemist game? I like my role playing games without the hentai, but as long as it doesn't get directly in the way of gameplay, then meh. =P
I've heard good things about TA, and have considered getting it myself. How much does it cost right about now? |

| We sell Arms at Gamestop for $25 used.
Good thing I can just check the game out instead of buying it. =) BTW, I have the 1st Wild Arms...haven't played it yet. |
