| All right. The log out link still didn't work for me; it would say "you are now logged out" then redirect me to the index, still logged in, with my cookies still there. I deleted the two board.acmlm.org cookies and refreshed the thread: naturally, this succeeded in logging me out. I logged in again, clicked "Logout," and it actually logged me out. Did it a couple more times, still works.
So, I don't know, maybe something changed about the cookies, but it's apparently having trouble unsetting "old" ones. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the cookie content to see if there was any noticeable difference before I deleted the old ones. |

| Yeah, I got bored and did the same thing. I would've written down what was in them - I mean, I was planning to - but then, at the last second, I... Didn't. Go forgetfulness.
My bet, actually, is that the board changed cookies recently and still accepts the old one, but does not terminate it upon clicking log out. (edited by Alastor the Stylish on 02-04-06 09:32 AM) |

| Oh. It's set to board.acmlm.org.
Those are the old ones. The new ones are set to just "acmlm.org" so they work both here and on acmlm.org itself. I had a feeling that's what happened. |
