My friend still has it in his laptop. He must've downloaded it while emulation.net was still up.
But since he can't transfer it to my comp, I decided to look for it through the internet. For My surprise, it wasn't anywhere.
Snes9x 1.3.9b is the only SNES emulator for mac which can hide layers, And that's why I want it.
So, if anyone still has it, please inform me, since It cannot be downloaded anywhere.

Are you sure only older versions support layers? Newer versions should be able to do it too.

Well, 1.40 - 1.43 (Custom) didn't..
And the source has been released, so there ain't gonna be no new official one.
But I'll check the Japanese thingy..

EDIT: Nope.. It says it can hide them, but I don't seem to get how.

Maybe the feature is already in the source but there's no interface to toggle it?

Also: how in the hell does a source release mean there's going to be no official releases anymore? That doesn't even make sense.

...

I have a version of SNES9x. 1.43+ WIP1. It supports turning layers off and on with the numbers.

You are obsolete.

I have Snes9 1.43 as well. Big deal. Like I said, it was just sitting around on my HD.

Whatever works, works....

Not really. I'm just saying it's obsolete.

I can poke fun at it accordingly.

You're one of thoose thoose guys who downloads Vista and installs it (despite it being the crappiest Win NT) and then turn around and call the other guys obsolote?

(There's a reason it's called WIP )

Layer hiding doesn't work in any SNES9X now for me, Oddly enough, neither even 1.3.9.
What buttons do you press?
I have a iBook G4, and the F1-F12 buttons can be pressed only through the "fn" button.

The one that you can download from acmlm.overclocked.org uses 1-4 for layers and 5 for sprites.
