| Are you talking about a minipic? Just go to Edit Profile and type in the full URL of the minipic you want and you'll get a minipic that is resized to 11x11. | |||

| That would be the minipic. All you really have to do is create an 11x11 image of whatever, save it to some odd server or ImageShack, and edit your profile to include the url of it.
No "C:\Windows\whateverthefsck.png" crap either. |
