Just to further annoy you and make things generally irritating, I swung by ANOTHER Goodwill and snagged some more quality stuff:

* Angie Aparo: The American
* Ani DiFranco: To the Teeth
* Luke Slater: Freek Funk
* The Replacements: Don't Tell A Soul
* Tori Amos: Under the Pink

The better finds, however, would belong here.

There is a store near my house that deals exclusively in imported films. It is having a closing sale. I get paid before they go out of business. Time to buy that Troma collection I have on hold for 75% off.

Dark Tranquillity - Projector. I came across this at a record store in somewhere in Sweden. This is not what I intended to buy, though.. I was looking for some Children of Bodom and Norther CD's, but couldn't find any.

I seem to recall a Dark Tranquiity video on Fuse a few years back. T'was quite cheesy, which I guess is to be expected.

DVD's.

-Robert Rodriguez Mexico Trilogy (Includes; El Mariachi, Desperado, Once Upon a Time in Mexico)

I'm a fan of Desperado, and the bundle came at a nice price, at around $16, so I bought it.

My next purchase may be Kung Fu Hustle but I am no sure on that.

Entombed - Clandestine
Entombed - Wolverine Blues

I bought these just yesterday. I have listened to some Entombed before, but it has all been downloaded files. And for some reason, I have forgotten to transfer those songs to my iPod. So, in order to listen to Entombed, I had to buy their cds. (I still have those mp3's on the computer back home, but..)

Also, they'll be holding a concert here in this town on the 26th september. Even better, the concert is at the bar I work at, and because of that, I will probably get in for free!

*edit: I bought three more cd's today (6/10), and I have bought three more at another occation, so since last time, I have bought:

Entombed - Left Hand Path
Children of Bodom - Tokyo Warhearts
In Flames - The Tokyo Showdown

And today I bought:

Children of Bodom - Something Wild
Stonegard - From Dusk 'till Doom
Edguy - Mandrake

I bought these at the airport, because I just kind of came across them while waiting to board the airplane.. and eh, I'm not really sure why I bought them. It's not bad music, though.

When I was home for christmas I went to a concert where a bunch of local bands played. The bands I liked the best would be Quiritatio (which I have seen in concert once before) and Sparrow. Anyway, the point is that at the concert I bought Quiritatio's Cd Forgive and Forget.

I also forget to mention that I bought Slayer's latest album, Christ Illusion before I bought the Iron Maiden albums. I bought the Slayer album when I was out shopping for Christmas presents.. and I just had to get something for myself while I was at it.

last week i picked up captain harlock, mars daybreak, and gravion zwei, as well as gaogaigar vol. 2.

my thoughts: harlock punched a character voiced by seki tomokazu square in the face. if that doesn't scream badass i don't know what does.

mars daybreak was pretty cool when i watched it back in the day, underwater mecha ftw

gravion zwei i haven't watched yet but its got jam project and hot chicks so i'll probably like it.

gaogaigar's dub's actually not that bad. i'm surpised. guy's VA (same guy who plays dean venture) does an awesome job. the narrator and swan suck (by far the worst southern accent i've heard ever) but overall i like the dub.
