| A few days ago, my Nokia 3650 started saying "SIM card registration failed" every time I hung up or closed out of a menu. The phone still works great, it's just a message that comes up.
Details: * The phone is unlocked. I inherited it from my girlfriend after she converted to paygoism... erm, went prepaid. * I had to unlock it because she was on t-Mobile and I'm on Cingular. * I've had the phone for probably over a year now, and this just started happening a week ago. |

| I would reflash the firmware on the phone, see how that works out.
Remember to use non-branded firmwares, as branded firmwares may relock the phone. (edited by BMF54123 on 01-27-06 07:00 AM) |

| My sim card started doing that on my 6630. But then again it was a 2G sim inside a 3G phone. So sometime today I will go by a 3G pay as you go sim. |
