| I usually put the dot after I have written the letter and word, but I have been known to put the dot in after I've written the letter and before the word is complete. I used to put star's above my "i's" instead of the dot, but that fad quickly disappeared. | |||

Or better, use an alt code like Alt + 0173 to make a blank character, and put it into a swear for a similar effect (it works anywhere, too). Also works to make blank topics/posts on some boards. |
