| So, the number of commercial broadcast networks is going from 6 down to 5 with this merger. I don't watch a lot of TV on either of those two networks except for Everwood and Everybody Hates Chris. Anyways, I wonder how this is going to play out...

| Nothing really new for me since both channels are combined into one on DirecTV here.
Not that I care because UPN was a novelty for me. At first I was excited when I saw it for the first time, then I realized that there was nothing interesting to me on it so I just bailed. And WB, well, just as long as "Smallville" continues airing, I'm good. |

| I don't get UPN. WB comes from our nearest FOX affiliate, so I'm guessing that'll become CW.
WWE Smackdown, by the way, will PROBABLY be on the network but that remains to be seen. It's a matter of fitting it in. |

| When we lost our WB affiliate, our NBC affiliate started airing some of its shows. Hopefully, our UPN affiliate will take over as this new channel and I won't have to wait until 3am to watch Smallville. | |||

That happened here long ago I mean they play damn near the exact same shows, so it won't really affect me that much. But they did get rid of the Kids WB in the afternoons and filled it with a bunch of lame ass soaps. I'd rather watch Pokemon than Guiding Light or some shit like that. But I don't really watch TV that much anyways... PCs have comsumed my life  |
