I can't start Lunar Magic Super mario level editor. when i open a rom it sais:"rom must have a 0x200 byte header! can you help me please.

You need to download one that does have a 0x200 byte header.
Don't download the ones that say "Super Mario World (U)" That "U" seems to be the one not to download. I would keep downloading different Roms of SMW until I found one that worked.

Uh, the U means American version.
If it says that it needs a 0x200 byte header, open the ROM in a hex editor and use the insert function to inset at the beginning of the file 512 bytes of 00

It means a verified good dump, though I've heard of bad dumps having them.
Anyway another thing you can do is just add 512 bytes manually to the beginning in a hex editor. Heck, LM should have this option.

Verified Perfect Dump. In other words, whoever submitted it to GoodTools dumped their own cartidge and they know that it isn't a bad or overdump. [!]s are common for popular games (SMW for example), but more rare games don't typically have one, just an assumed-not-bad/overdump.
