I want to create some ExGFX by myself, But when I open the rom that I want to rip the graphics, I select 4bpp snes but the GFX look garbage even if I lower the page. Please tell me how to make them apear clearly.

The graphics are compressed, meaning they'll look like garbage, even though it's valid GFX data.

And much of the data is normal code beinmg rendered as Graphics data, so it's garbage.

If you can find some uncompressed graphics, they should appear normally in the tile editor.

The vast majority of SNES games have compressed graphics, meaning you're not going to get anything out of them by simply running them through a tile editor. Your best bet is to make a savestate in the area that contains the graphics you want to use, and open that instead.
