Which way the the paper roll in your bathbroom?| I remember this was a topic on a radio show about 10 or so years ago. So I figured, why not ask the board :P | Paper rolls from the top |

| Explanation of choices:
#1 - Paper rolls from the top; this means when you pull on the roll as it rides in the dispenser, paper comes from the top of the roll. #2 - Paper roll from the bottom; this means when you pull on the roll as it rides in the dispenser, paper comes from the bottom of the roll. #3 - Paper rolls from the side; this means you do not use a toilet paper dispenser  So yeah...

| I just checked right now to make sure which way my toilet paper rolls in the bathroom and it is #1, the toilet comes from the top of the roll. | |||

| There could be dispensers that stand the roll up, you know. But I don't use one, it just sits on a shelf.
When I do use one, it always rolls from the top. Looks better that way. |

| Occasionally from the bottom, but that usually happens when I don't put it in right.
In that case, it's flipped over and comes down from the side it should... the top. |

| It varies, really, but I think it rolls from the bottom most of the time. I just checked, and it does so now, so that's what I voted. This is one of those things I've never given much thought. As long as it rolls off I'm fine. |

| It depends upon the dispenser.
If it's the type where a bar goes through the middle, then it's best to have it so it rolls from the top If it's the type where you put the toilet paper into a little "capsule" and it has a hole at the bottom for it to come out; then it's best to have it roll from the bottom; because most of those are designed that way and it catches if you do it the other way. |

| The paper comes from the top and we have it in a dispenser. I have noticed that they put the paper in the wrong way sometimes, making it come from the bottom.
The paper rolls from the top in my apartment too but sometimes I´m too lazy to put it in the dispenser. So the towel sits on the floor sometimes. |
